Excellent Stay
One of the best stays in Darjeeling. The location is perfect walking distance from Mall. Yet not at all congested like most other hotel areas are. The rooms r nice & cozy and clean. The staffs are also very welcoming especially Mr. Linesh sir. We didn’t face any inconvenience at all. Although food could be little better. Overall It was a beautiful stay. Absolutely recommendable.

Terrible Stay
The tv was not working ,electric blanket was not working , water geyser was not working also for 3 hours

Excellent Stay
Full guided ny MMT. Thankyou MMT for providing best vfm hotel..I booked standard basement room but they upgraded it to standard room without extra money.Service was excellant.Comfy staying.....only downside I dont found bed heater.4.9/5 overall

Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid at All Cost.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This hotel completely ruined my trip. The service was pathetic — the staff seemed totally disinterested, untrained, and rude. Every request felt like a favor, and they took ages to respond to even the simplest things like extra towels or drinking water. The hygiene here is beyond unacceptable. The room smelled stale the moment I walked in. The bedsheets were stained, the bathroom had hair from previous guests, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I even spotted cockroaches near the dustbin — disgusting! Housekeeping is a complete joke. They don’t clean the room unless you chase them multiple times. When they finally did show up, they barely made the bed and left the same dirty towels behind. Honestly, this place should be inspected by the authorities. It’s unhygienic, mismanaged, and nowhere near the standard they claim online. Save yourself the disappointment — do not stay here

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff were extremely courteous, polite, and always ready to help with a smile — their warm hospitality really made the experience special. One of the highlights was definitely the view; it was absolutely beautiful and added so much charm to the overall stay. Whether it was morning coffee by the window or watching the sunset, the scenery made everything feel peaceful and refreshing. Overall, a wonderful experience — would definitely recommend!
