Food quality is good .location area is good. but service is not good

Poor room quality and also amenities as mentioned in MMT are not provided . Rooms as shown in the picture in MMT doesn't match at all.

personally I am saying only one thing Don't go to this hotel. Hospitality is so poor. Blanket and all Bedsheets were dirty. worthless Hotel

Room was smelly with water seepage, insects and spider net was in the room, dirty bed, bathroom, utensils and bedsheet full of stains. They charged for hill view but gave basement room without view saying all rooms are full and dont even gave refund. In breakfast they just offered butter toast, tea and puri sbji .... I suggest no one go there with family or as a couple ever even that hotel is also not for the bachelors who wants hygine.

1. location - excellent for kanchanjungha view. You have to walk near about 650m from where car dropped you . 2. Food- Food quality is very low in the category too salty and no other option for the menu. 3. amenities & service - Good
