The Manager was very polite, helpful staff. The room was well maintained and clean

The property location is at a hight above the mall for which walking back to hotel from Mall drains all the energy. The manager had a rude behaviour.

The property is in God location but still 15 mins walk from market and also food was good but need to walk ,i would suggest not to get elderly people there as you have to walk on steep side of road and taxi are costly and be aware of taxi scam

Would say the Homestay is fine, I guess at this price it's good, one wouldn't get much amenities while staying here like an electric heater or an electric kettle though wouldn't face any problems living here, staff is pretty helpful and polite.

everything was good even the food was good so no need to search any restaurants for meals, gyser was working, hotel staff were very nuce

Moderate level hotel in a peaceful place. Could be more clean. As per security concern, the hotel does not take any identity proof of customers.

Average Service,hot water available they provide heater on extra charge,overall good but to reach hotel location it's Lil bit tough,if you were in group of boys it's amazing but if you have family you can avoid.

Rooms are good.and clean, washroom is also clean and big in size.Wooden finishing of ****** sunny day Kanchenjunga is visible from the balcony.Not recommended for elderly people.and quite far from Mall Road.

Very Nice place well maintained good staff specially a dada who gives hot water to drink at 2 mid night also & hotel is well maintained don't be confused that it is far away or on hill it is high so that we get best view I was with 3 girls they all were okay of distance or height The hotel is not so upstairs so u can book this hotel at so cheap 700 with so good ambience

I didn't stay at this property. When we reached near the property by google location and called at given number that we are unable to locate you and the direction where your property is showing on map is very steep, will you please come and guide us but he refused. So i booked another property at the same time.

The hotel is in tower road therefore no parking for the car. Manager's behavior is rude. No lift facilities. No sufficient light inside the room. Housekeeping facilities not available. The room is also full with dust. Toilet's flush tub was also broken. Hot drinking facilities were not available inside the room. They close the exit gate within 10pm and manager switched off his phone. I suggest not to stay in this place.

It was good experience with good facility, staff behaviour was also nice with us. First time the room were immaculate and vary comfortable.

By mistake booking date is 21st instead of 22nd and can't cancel-led the hotel staff are not dicipline and instead of cooperation they passed comments on the booking
