The staffs were very hospitable they made us feel at home, as well as the room was very cozy, comfortable, and clean we loved the overall service and the food variety in the breakfast was amazing and super delicious especially Mr . Binod his service was commendable 🩷🌸we would definitely stay in stardust in the upcoming future.

Bad experience at Muscatel
I reached hotel on 25.10.25.Receptionist told that your room is very short spaced, I requested to change the room or if possible next day. He was requested next day also, but in vain. Next day lady receptionist came and I requested the same. But she misbehaved, she was very arrogant.

wonderful experience
Wonderful stay..... the hotel exceeded my expectations in comfort and service. The staff were incredibly polite and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was really tasty.

Average Stay
It was a pleasant stay at muscat mall road premises but we were on a business trip of 2 people . liked the stay all over just foods quality & quantity needs to improve a lot ! they needs to work on food department.

Average stay and needs to improve a lot on customer experience
We stayed there approximately over 3 days and on breakfast we got only alu paratha and yogurt and by paying mountain view prices over 3k i don't think it is worth the foods . apart from that all was ok ok type .

room is average but food quality is bad
room service is average but food is very bad quality with high price. Hotel staffs are good in behaviour and good nature

stay was comfortable
Binod was supportive and managed to provide us good veg breakfast. All other staffs are also supportive. Travel packages was good.

stayed there for three nights in view room. What a great man Binod Ji is , world needs more people likes him. And Poonam ji she is also a very nice person. Great place to stay. Thank You ❤️

Good Stay
Great stay at Muscatel Stardust which is situated right on chowrasta, well-connected, very nice staff and great mountain view, which we unfortunately missed because of the fog. But lovely stay, would love to visit again.

best possible location
The hotel is small 9 rooms but is on the Mall, no other is so well placed. Valley view no view of Kanchenjungha.

Great sta
The property is at the Mall itself which is a great advantage. Also the hotel standard is good. My room had mountain view as well. Highly recommended.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience here everything is just good about this hotel location is perfect min a walk to mall road , markets taxi stand all in a walking distance even the famous kunga restraun is 5 min from the hotel,nice and clean hotel and moreover hotel staff are very cooperative and sweet even they upgraded us to better room as it was available that day a must stay hotel will surely stay here again in our next trip
