Very Comfortable
Very nice and comfortable stay. Behavior of hotel staff is friendly and sweet. They have a pure veg restaurant GRAINS, which is their plus point. Food is delicious. All rooms have balcony and are equipped with modern amenities.

FOOD is great. Otherwise OK.
Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Location is good without Parking. View from some rooms is pathetic Vs They claim mountain view. My room was changed after MMT intervention. Higher floor rooms are having great views. No any children activities which should have in any 4 star hotel. Overall ok exp was turned good due to variety of breakfast.

Excellent Stay
I had a fantastic time in the hotel. The staff was very cordial and helpful and supportive. Especially with reference to Ruchita. She was very helpful and supportive. Last day was memorable as the staff got me a cake and it was such a sweet surprise. I would like to recommend this hotel as the view is also superb. I could see Kanchanjunga from my balcony in the morning times.

Booked a premium balcony room. The room was based in basement. There wasn’t any mobile network and the wi-fi too wasn’t working. It took me 8 hours , 6 calls to reception and 7 staffs to understand the gravity of situation. Then a router was installed in my room itself. But overall the hotel had nothing to offer apart from the room n washroom and the tariff was 11k per night, which wasn’t worth it.

It was an incredible stay. Especially the staff goes out of their way to make your stay as smooth as possible. The view from kanchenjunga suite room with balcony is breadth taking.

Great hotel with location, view and food
Great experience. perfect location and good rooms. first the location is too good and each and every point in Darjeeling is accessible easily from this. walkable distance from Darjeeling toy train and mall road. Food was really good in taste and reasonably priced. Room were designed well and was comfortable. only it was not that cold...as weather is changing but no fan is available . view from hotel was amazing... and loved the clear kanchjanga view

I booked a kanchenjunga view suites and the room was amazing with a balcony,which is difficult to find in Darjeeling. The room was spacious with a marvelous 180 degree view of the kanchenjunga mountains. Their hospitality is too good and the hotel is beautifully decorated. A must visit if you are in Darjeeling. Food is good, but variety is less. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Highly recommended!!!

Good Stay
One of the best hotel in Darjeeling specially the 2nd floor rooms. You will get beautiful view of Mighty Kanchanjunga from here. Food quality is good but only Veg.

Short Two days stay at Udaan Himalayan, Darj
I had booked a two days stay with the hotel after checking . However my reviews are as follows 1. It's fairly small hotel but not wow experience 2. Attic rooms are tiny room, and really felt like suffocating (so this room booking is not recommended) 3. Hotel is 3 years old, so rooms are neat and clean 4. location is good 5. I would strongly recommend to have food in the Hotels restaurant (Grain's).. it will satisfy all your hunger.. 6. Hotel tarrif is little higher than this hotel justifies..
