Review Of ORSINO RESORT MALL ROAD

I have not stayed yet at this hotel as I have postponed the dates of my stay please ask this review then my stay dates have been postponed to 14 nov to 17 nov 25

I will give 10/10 to orsino Resort & Spa. Everything about this resort is too good. The room, service, food (quality & quantity),spa, and all the staff are so so efficient.

While a heritage room at a higher price point suggested a premium experience, our stay was unfortunately disappointing. We were given a ground-floor room that felt damp, which was particularly uncomfortable in the August humidity. The view from our large window was a major letdown. Instead of the expected scenery, we were faced with a tangle of electrical wires and a few trees. Furthermore, the ground-floor location created a significant lack of privacy. The window directly overlooked a road, and cars were often parked right outside, making the spacious room feel exposed and unusable for most of our stay.

The food was tasty and reasonably priced.

Good Location. Good Food. Got at Good Price. Only problem is lift has some issues. Staff is helpful. Chef is also helpful

This hotel is very near to Chaurasta and main areas of town. Car can be parked there. The upkeep, cleanliness, food, service and ambience are nice. Rooms are well maintained. Value for money.

It has been an amazing stay. The heritage room is very cute and although it doesn’t have a very clear view of the valley, I still liked the view and the fireplace in the room. The hotel staff was very helpful and polite. We liked the stay so much so that we extended our stay for one more day in this place.

Location is very Good, Room was neat and clean i got the Kanchanjaunga view from my room although they claim that they have no view room. Overall it was good experience with ORSINO.

Thank you MMT & Hotel staff I have a pleasant stay at Orsino resort, staff was very supportive also they provide early check , nearest to mall road & rajbhawan area which also a hidden view point in Darjeeling, In house restaurant food was very good no need to take food outside of hotel thanks MMT & Orsino for great stay

I have stayed here before and that was quite pleasant but this time it was disgusting. I had booked two rooms one was premium and the other one was executive. Executive was nice. however the premium room was very pathetic & very dirty. The curtains were so dirty I couldn't even touch them. The door of cupboard wasn't free and i hurt my finger while opening it. the wooden work on the walls were broken. Also the check in time was given 2 PM but we were given 1st room only by 3 PM and the other one was made available only around 4 PM. overall, it gave a really bad start to our weekend outing. it wasn't expected from this hotel.

This hotel is 5 minutes walking distance from the Darjeeling Mall. Rooms are excellent and have great staffs. The hotel has their own parking space also. Had a great stay.

The hotel was located at very posh area making convenient for us to visit mall road as well as DRJ station. Our over all experience was very cozy and memorable. TY Orsino hotels and resort :)

the property was good. just few things lacking which I told the person at the reception also. since there are too many monkeys in Darjeeling and we cannot open windows hence it becomes hot sometimes when you come from outside or if u smoke in ur room there's no air flow soo the rooms should atleast have a fan which was missing. 2nd thing the breakfast they bring quantities to buffet like beggers. asked for dhokla they bought 5-6 pcs in a tray and kept there where over 25 people were eating. same thing with parathas and brownies

Location & facilities were good. But disappointed with the food quality and room service.

all staff was good but room was very poor like that amount i paid... bathroom wall was also water damm

the property was good location was good but the staff which is on the front desk his behaviour is ridiculous. they give my brother who is a Jain , chicken instead of paneer. my brother was very furious when he asked why you did whose mistake it was the person at the reception told this is not none of my concern I am not responsible you talk to the food in department, secondly they have put additional 40 rupees for the water bottles which I did not take I politely told them that we did not take water bottles to which they replied that it is put in our system so you have to pay. later manager come to us an apologize to US and shouted at this staff still this staff is very pathetic that he even shouted the at the manager. manager told if by mistake somebody put one lakh rupees in the system does it mean that you have to take Rs 100000 from the guest, this is very pathetic behaviour I think that staff should be Trained for a hotel like this

Excellent room, neat and clean, food also very tasty,prime location , services are little delay but ok
