The property has seen better days and is now decaying. The employees are trying hard to respond to maintenance issues but the maintenance itself does not show up. Internet was so slow that nothing would open but the network guy would not come. Checked 4 rooms and was finally upgraded to a room which had it satisfactory. Breakfast was good. Location is good too.

I was told on the day of my stay that the hotel room was not available and they tried to move me into a lower quality hotel whoch was far from mall road. I had to settle in another property where they provided me two rooms in basement out of which one did noy even have a window. Very poor show by a chain of hotels which could have done better for their customers . Would avoid them jn darjeeling for sure.

The food was good, but the service was slow. Basic items like comb and vanity kit were not available. The rooms were quite spacious and had a good view.

This is one of the most horrific 4 star experience in my lifetime. Firstly they have given me the wrong room and repeatetively asking me that I have booked the wrong room. Secondly the behaviour of every staff member at the hotel is very rude and unresponsive. even they are charging for the kids room as well. I am very disappointed with this stay and have ruined my holiday with this

Property is good and nearer to Darjeeling railway station and market are walkable distance away. As it is in mall dominos, theatre are handy. Hotel is clean and tidy

Dear Team The stay at the hotel was cosy. Food was very nice. Room was big and clean. Washrooms were big and clean. The Room view was fantastic. The staff was coordial. I will visit again if the price is aimilar on.quarterly basis. It was pleasure staying

Thank you for this listing. It was a well deserved place to book. The staffs were very courteous and available to understand each and every concern. Its an absolutely yes to book again if required for thus property as it is placed in a prime location inside an amazing mall ‘The Rink Mall Darjeeling’. It was also minutes walk away from the mall road where the parties and the night life n shopping happens. Place was total worth the money 💰 spent. Recommended room will be 209 junior suit View room among the other room book over the same week. But do note the Spa didnt had any attractive package to attract customers. Horrible hospitality, food quality poor and no service . They dont hve parking of there own claiming a big hotel they are not even a two star property. They dont have ample towels to be given . Food takes 2 hrs aftr the order. If asked for something in breakfast they say its self service . For vegeterian person there hardly any option for breakfast.

The room was not upto the mark and was suffocating and water leakage was there and service was not upto the mark as per the room fare but the food quality and quality was very good

My name is Roshan Lama, and I stayed at Summit Montana, Darjeeling with two of my friends from 12th July 2025 to 13th July 2025. Unfortunately, our experience was below expectations, and I would like to highlight a few key issues for your attention: • Water Service: Despite multiple requests, we were only provided with two bottles of water for three adults, which is clearly inadequate. Even after asking for more, no additional bottles were given. • Unclean Blanket: The blanket in our room was stained and smelled unpleasant, indicating a lack of hygiene and proper housekeeping. • Food Service Miscommunication: Before ordering murgi jhol, we confirmed that each plate would include four pieces of chicken. Based on that, we ordered two plates expecting eight pieces in total. However, only four pieces were served, and we were still charged for two full plates. I had to go to the reception during checkout to get the bill corrected. • Complimentary Breakfast: The puri and paratha served were hard and seemed frozen, clearly not fresh or up to standard. • Delayed Response: On the morning of checkout, we again asked for water, and only after multiple follow-ups over an hour, someone finally delivered it. I respectfully request the management to look into these service gaps and ensure a better guest experience moving forward. I chose your property with high expectations, but unfortunately, the service did not reflect the standard associated with the Summit brand.

The stay was not so good as there was water log inside the bathroom. Tiles in the room was broken. Centre table in the bathroom was broken. The room was booked for 4 but only 2 bottles were provided every day and I had to ask for water every time my family was inside the room. No foot mat was provided and I had to ask for the foot mat. The shower in the bathroom did not work.

The best luxurious mountain view hotel in Darjeeling. We stayed in the Premium Junior Suite with Sofa Cum Bed View Room from 1st to 3rd july. Though the room didn't have balcony, still the window is so big that, we mesmerized by the view from the window. It is very near to Darjeeling mall. And as the hotel is inside the Rink mall, it feels premium. Room was very spacious and clean, washroom was also very clean with the toiletries and slippers. Hotel staffs are also very polite, helpful and professional, specially the security person was very well mannered and polite. We had complimentary breakfast, it had so many varieties with english breakfast, south indian, north indian food, multiple fruit juices, cakes etc. We also ordered ala carte menu at dinner time, which was also very tasty, specially the sweet and sour Chicken. Only cons we faced is, we were not getting network in our mobile inside our rooms, also after closing the main door, wifi strength was very poor. Rest, everything was very good. Overall a very premium, luxurious hotel in Darjeeling.

Summit mortana was a perfect stay for a family. It was very near to Mall road. It is situated in rink mall where kids playzone was there which is very useful for family with kids. Room view was fantastic. Breakfast was upto the mark.

We had booked Premium Junior Suite. Overall it was a good stay. Room was spacious and we had a great view of the valley. All amenities listed on the MMT booking page were available in the room. Room & washroom was very clean and hygienic. Hot water for shower was available. Staff is very supportive. Hotel is located in the Rink Mall - 2nd & 3rd floor. Hotel Vehicle entry is from basement gate. You can also enter from the mall gate. We stayed 3 nights. Hotel restaurant had a dinner buffet on Saturday & Sunday only. Buffet spread was good and food was delicious. Morning breakfast spread was good and tasty. On Monday evening, there was a good live singing in the hotel restaurant. Mall road is at walkable distance from the hotel. All local shops and other restaurants are at walkable distance.
