improvement needed
Stay was average ..need to improve service and room need maintenance ...view from room and room interior is good but other than nothing was great ...no parking space and no dental kit and slipper was missing ..if requirement is room to stay then go for it otherwise for stay experience avoid it...

Poor Stay
we have taken 3 rooms. 1 room geyser was not working I have complaint but they haven't respond .they are saying no room available. we will give you hot water in bucket wise .

Poor Stay
The food was average and cost was not mentioned on the menu in the bill it was 550 for a plate of daal and rice No electricity in hotel for all night atleast they should have some backup

Average Stay
The stay was ok ok but they should provide fan or AC . It was quite warm there. Don't think about sleeping as they celebrate party each and every night at the top floor! It was horrible! The food was ok ok. They don't refill chicken recipe!

Offering Poor Service with Smile
I have booked best categories of suit room for 2 adults and 2 children but that room is very cozy and not comfortable for 4 persons.Batroom kits and heater is not available . There is no parking facility at the hotel and when we request to the hotel for send sb for carrying luggage they ignore .However we have manage to carry our luggage. we requested a cup of tea in the evening at 6.10 P.M. but after waiting more than 1 hour they(Receptionist madam or manager with rude voice ) denied to serve the tea or coffee . TV is repeatedly out of order. I have a complementary meal, so I asked the menu for the evening at 7.30 p.m. The kitchen manager rudely replied only steam rice for complementary meal.so,we have not taken the dinner. The property is very good but the service is very poor especially both madam at the reception counter and kitchen manager. The hotels is not fit for the family.I have awaited approx half an hour to check -in our room. At last but not least ,I couldn't have no such horrible experience before it.The hotels behavior especially reception counter and manager is very poor.

Excellent Stay
I had an absolutely amazing experience during my solo trip. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and exceptional hospitality. A special mention to Aswika, Prayash, and Gyaltchen, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was cozy, well-maintained, and offered breathtaking views of the mountains—perfect for a peaceful getaway. The food was delicious, with a great variety of flavors that made every meal delightful. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, welcomed, and well taken care of throughout my stay. Hotel in ghoom valley, with pine forest and toy trains.
Pleased with the stay at mount lung-ta boutique hotel and spa. Awesome view of ghoom valley from the rooms. There is a small pine forest around the property which adds to the vibe. At around 5pm you can also find the toy train going near the property. Dinner is good. Ambience of the place is noteworthy.
