Staff is rude and for room service they need several reminders. Washroom is too small. Breakfast was okay

find through make my trip, we stayed here 3 days . location is good. staff very cooperative, room size is ok, only problem with bathroom, it is slippery, neatness of bathroom is good.

Property was in a good location and service was good. Well suited for stay along with family. We opted for Room with view which was actually view of opposite buildings.

Really loved the room and hospitality of the hotel. Walking distance from the mall, very clean and well managed. Their restaurant food was surprisingly amazing..would recommend the breakfast buffet to everyone

The hotel is located in prime location. The stay was pleasant and rooms were clean . The breakfast had variety.

Firstly there is no parking for a 6 seater car in this hotel..Secondly there is no King bed in any room at the hotel. Also to add-in the misery when at the time of booking they will promise to provide you with extra ber if you are choosing so, but the rooms are so small that there is no space to adjust an extra bed. They have sofa-cum bed concept but the sofa being such an inferior quality that it is almost sleeping like on the floor. Please do not book if you are looking for a comfortable stay because the room size will make you feel claustrophobic as it is equivalent to a match box specially what they charge you against it. The max price for such room should be in a range of Rs. 1k to 1.5K. Personally would not recommend.

The room was satisfactory, but I repeatedly had to contact the front desk for basic amenities like towels, tissues, and water, which became quite inconvenient.

not recommended, they are selling below average rooms at the price of premium. These rooms deserve not more than also they don't provide additional water bottles, plates, cutlery in the room

as per the room tariff, the room size is small and uncomfortable. need to call thrice for some requirements.

Stayed at Summit Hotel in Darjeeling. The location is okay and the service is good. Dinner was great and overall the staff is helpful and polite. However, we were disappointed to find that the papaya packed for our early breakfast had fungus on it. This needs better attention to food handling. We had a pleasant stay at Summit Hotel. The dinner was absolutely amazing — flavorful and well-prepared. The staff were polite and accommodating throughout. Since we had an early checkout, they kindly packed our breakfast by 7 AM, which was really thoughtful. However, the location could have been better, and we were disappointed to find that the papayas in the breakfast pack had fungus. Aside from that, the experience was mostly positive.

first they said that parking is available when we checked in they said that parking is on other property you have to park your car 3 km away and then by walking you come to hotel I said that make booking to that property so they increase charge and take extra money to us

Exceptional staff service, comfortable and clean rooms, delicious and varied food, a convenient location.

Check in experience was bad. They gave us small room when I had booked a premium view room. I had to call out to make a change of room. Even premium view room never had any good view. Room service was poor. Fan was not working and no one turned up to fix. Had to follow up few times. I had to check out and a flight to catch. Assistance to pick up luggage didn’t happen on time. I had to do it myself for all luggages. Bathroom was very small.Food was good. Rooms were clean.

Our stay at Summit Ttakshang hotel was pleasant. Location is mere few min walk from M G Road. Room was very spacious and having all comforts like sofa, working table, geyser,hair dryer,kettle and others. Food was delicious, Morning breakfast was having many options with courteous staff behaviour. Environment around hotel was calm . Hotel also providing all transport arrangement as per customer demand. It was very economical as per comfort stay here.

It was a nice stay. The property is just located opposite Club Continental Suits, just walking distance from Mall road.The staff was very Courteous and polite. All the service staff was prompt and well mannered. I want to live at Club Continental but due to non availability of room, I have chosen Summit, I must say it was a good stay.

Found rooms little small, and little rude staff attitude. Rest all good.
