Exceptional staff service, comfortable and clean rooms, delicious and varied food, a convenient location.

Check in experience was bad. They gave us small room when I had booked a premium view room. I had to call out to make a change of room. Even premium view room never had any good view. Room service was poor. Fan was not working and no one turned up to fix. Had to follow up few times. I had to check out and a flight to catch. Assistance to pick up luggage didn’t happen on time. I had to do it myself for all luggages. Bathroom was very small.Food was good. Rooms were clean.

Our stay at Summit Ttakshang hotel was pleasant. Location is mere few min walk from M G Road. Room was very spacious and having all comforts like sofa, working table, geyser,hair dryer,kettle and others. Food was delicious, Morning breakfast was having many options with courteous staff behaviour. Environment around hotel was calm . Hotel also providing all transport arrangement as per customer demand. It was very economical as per comfort stay here.

It was a nice stay. The property is just located opposite Club Continental Suits, just walking distance from Mall road.The staff was very Courteous and polite. All the service staff was prompt and well mannered. I want to live at Club Continental but due to non availability of room, I have chosen Summit, I must say it was a good stay.

Excellent and courteous staff ensured a very comfortable stay. The property is well maintained, food quality was good. Only issue is that in-house parking not available. Overall, good experience.

all was good but hotel price is little bit high about 30%. breakfast was good but they have to add vegetables in their menu

The rooms are small, congested washroom. There is no space to stand in the bathing area. Torned bedsheets and sofas. I booked a premium view room and there was no view at all, when asked for a better view room, they mentioned this is their best view. The ceiling is very low, and the rooms are suffocating. Never book their premium room as there is no hill view in these rooms. The only good part about this hotel is that it is at a walking distance from mall road and has good food. Else,it is not at all worth.

In breakfast buffet system was not upto the mark, no interaction with any person except security guard, No warm welcome as they show in advertisement, the welcome drink was horrible. Not able to provide water more then Two Bottles. Rest is Good. Thank you

If location is your top priority in Darjeeling, just book the Summit Mall Stone. Its central location right on the Mall Road is its superpower. You are literally steps away from all the main shops, restaurants, and the famous Chowrasta. It made our trip so convenient – no need for taxis for local sightseeing, just walk out and explore. The hotel itself is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very helpful, and the service is top-notch. It offers a warm and cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. A perfect combination of comfort and convenience. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
