The road to the property location is not well maintained and can result in accidents. The lunch was usually good but dinner was not good and every time I tried to order something for dinner , it turned out some buffet group was their priority. Amenities were good enough but the room had a damp smell all around which was not good for my kid.

It was fantastic. Very comfortable place. Had a nice stay. The staff were very courteous, warm, and accommodative in nature. The breakfast was well served by the lake view. They suggested to me places I could visit until I reached Darjeeling. Mr.Anand helped me all his way to fix my car too. My son and wife enjoyed it.

Nice Attic room with all listed amenities. Food was great and everything was on point. And have to speak about Rishab who was an exceptional person who went out of his way to help us with our taxi and everything in Mirik. I recommend this hotel to everyone out there!!

Had a fantastic experience at Mount queens hill resort. The views were stunning, and the service was exceptional, especially from Reshap Ji, Ms. Syden, Pooja, anish,and Raksha—they really made me feel at home. The hotel has a beautiful entrance nut sorry to say the room we got did not match with the photo. Staff was friendly but untrained. For towels etc we had to repeatedly ask. Even the intercom was not working. Buffet was not laid out and took quite sometime to be served. Overall average experience.
