The location and the property is awesome. For a calming stay at Kurseong and the people are too nice and polite, but...but.. but.. the service is not good at all. The geyser stopped as a power cut. Dirty blankets and the food quality with the price they are offering is heaven's different. Never book here if you want good service. Book if you want to just enjoy the views and calmness of the location. I will give 5 ⭐ for the location. And 1 ⭐ for service and food.

Stunning location and architecture of the property is impeccable. The views are incomparable to any other. However, the service is horrible. They are very understaffed and one minor request for anything takes hours to be fulfilled.The staffs are trying their best so I have nothing but empathy for them, for the management is what's terrible. Food takes 3-4 hours to be served and having extremely late lunches and dinners and having to go hungry was unbearable to us.

Property location, amenities, services all r excellent. only foods r so much expensive, than taste or quality. We r visited that property for 1day,on 15 August, 2025. During check in time, they said- today we will arrange bouffe system & per head unlimited meal system, with 7 8 items, price is- 800 approx & after discount it will 650 approx,, that time we agreed & ordered for 2 persons. When we visited for Dinner at their restaurant, that time saw that there r only 4 items, fried rice, chicken, alu mix, & rajma dal,instead of 7-8 items. That time we ordered only 1 meal at our room. But during the check out time, they charged for 2meals, that was 1340 & for our lunch meal, only for rice, dal & mix vej, that was 756. After an argument, they take Dinner 1meal's price. Property, location, service all were great, only draw back was food.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hillside hotel, and I must say, everything about the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff greeted us warmly and ensured a smooth check-in process. Their behavior throughout the stay was polite, professional, and always helpful — it really made us feel welcome and cared for. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, offering a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The view from the window was stunning, overlooking the lush green hills, which added to the charm of the location. What impressed me the most was how reasonably priced everything was, considering the quality of service and facilities offered. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities, and the housekeeping was prompt and efficient. Overall, I would highly recommend this hillside hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant getaway. Great value for money, outstanding hospitality, and a location that’s hard to beat.

When we arrived there was no guest .The hospitality was good except the options for breakfast which was too limited!

The stay at La Das Treetops has been very nice and rooms , food , staff all were extremely caring and helpful …. Would love to visit again and will encourage all to visit soon

Worst experience. Food items was very less, not good and very expensive. The manager was not helpful and very professional.

The place is awesome. Very cordial behaviour of the owner and other staffs. This place is really a place of peace. The only thing they need to improve is the variety of food and the recipe needs to be changed little bit.

Terrible stay no water in washroom room service don't bother to respond. They don't have ingredients in kitchen. Chef himself accepted that some portion of food was cooked by an amatuer as he was busy. They need pest control badly. Really poor. It is a nice property but needs management. Staff not trained. Even manager at reception was rude

Peaceful stay, the place who want to stay away from crowd. Food needs some improvement, also like other comparable hotels/ resorts breakfast should be in the form of buffet with more varieties, it is new property & may be started very soon.

The hotels location is great a stones throw from the airport. The food is moderately priced. The facilities matched the best

Place was clean like untouched. Excellent service and food. Location is good though difficult to reach. They have parking.

Property location is amazing. Hospitality is of the top quality. Food is also good. Overall a very good stay option in kurseong. I would strongly recommend.
