HOTEL TOWER VIEW

The hotel was too good , clean and the staff was also friendly. Like to visit in future again

Room maintenance is not good .verrry bad. Water supply is very bad. Guiser not working. And no arrangement in room

The hotel is in a good location near Mall Road Darjeeling. But the maintenance was very poor. Hotel room is very small and not clean. The wall was damaged and covered with sheet. The bed and blankets were very old and dirty with stink smell. No window and ventilation at the room.

very bad location staff is good you have to climb very high for reaching the hotel food was not available only a sleeper and a soap was given untidy bedsheets and pillow downfloor room are not good

Horrible experience. So dirty. The blankets were given without the white covers. The bathroom is so dirty. Overall a terrible experience. horrible hotel. The stuffs were too careless... no food at the hotel.. moreover we booked a room with two double beds but got only one, when we asked to give one more bed, they refused, then after talking executive only, they agreed to give one more bed. poor hygine.. the blankets they gave were too dirty and not covered with white cloth. The bathroom was terrible... dirty

Osum View From Window, like a heaven, This is excellent experience to stay in this room. I had a very pleasant stay at the property. The location is convenient and easy to access. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was polite and always ready to help.The facilities provided were well-maintained and added to the comfort of my stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Very poor. No maintenance, no cleaning. Flush does not work. Dirty floor and dirty blankets. Only good thing is the view from the balcony and it is 900 meters from Mall.

This is not a hotel, it's a homestay, rooms were filled with rats, cockroach, lizards and termites, i won't recommend this hotel even to my enemies!! Do not ever trust this hotel
