Even-though a solo traveller they gave me a very big room which was not satisfactory. Service was also not better

Dirty cheap rooms with unhygienic stuffs with horrible services along with zero basic standards are maintained e. G. Charging points, wardrobe without hanging facilities even partly torned, intercom malfunction etc.

We checked in this hotel during our stay at Darjeeling. The staff is just amazing right from reception to the kitchen. This is one great hotel you shouldnt miss. Rooms were cleaned with very attractive staircase. Views from hotel is excellent. Rooms size is normal. Food quality is good.

My experience in this hotel is awesome. The rooms were really of standards and the food was yummy. The ambiance is perfect in the reception area. The bathroom is equipped with all minimum amenities required for a star hotel. The room service is available 24 hours. This hotel is near to mall road.

I liked the stay.room was nice with wooden furnishings.however, cleanliness was an issuethey got the room cleaned just before we checked-in.the bathroom I found to be extremely disgusting.clearly the worst thing about the hotelrest was ok.

Rooms were quite small and untidy. TV were not working properly in any rooms. The manager and staff was not helping out in this issue. Room service and food was quite good. Location is too far from the hustle of the city. It would be at least 1 km from the main square and you have to walk by foot as there are no autos and rickshaws on this hilly area.

Hotel location is far from mall road. Room is worst. Employees are not cooperative. Food was also worst. So please don't visit Hotel Shanti Palace. I have paid 1800 for INR night but I didn't get value for my money. Rooms are not more than 500 Rs. So please don't visit this hotel.

Dirty bathroom and dirty room. Smelly linen. Badly behaved service boys and trying to sell Darjeeling tea incessantly. No manners, walks into the room. Service takes hours. We had to wait for dinner for 1 hour. Glasses were cleaned using chemicals. Stay away for any average.

The hotel was super shady, no decent person can stay in such hotel room, we left the hotel the moment we saw it! It is totally waste of money. Make my trip should remove such hotel from their list.

I BOOKED FOR SPR DLX ROOM. PROS: Behaviour of hotel staff and owner was good. Rooms were clean. CONS: Location was not proper. Rooms were very small for 2. They charged Rs. 3000/Night which was too high for the accommodation. Rs. 5-7 was enough for the room allotted. It was an average experience.
