The rooms were small but cozy, well maintained neat and clean, near mall road and convenient for everything

Very badly behavior of staff. Rude. One incident happened with my 5 years old child. After this incident he crying then we change this hotel. We are unhappy your hotel list. So we not to choose hotel from 10 to 12 january from your app!

Decent stay near darjeeling mall area. Rooms are clean and spacious. Budget friendly stay for couples.

Bad Exprience . Donot take any breakfast. But breakfast is including. and Maneger behavier is very bad

Rooms were not upto the mark as shown in the photograph. Tv, geyser was also not working properly. It was not worth the money we have paid.

Hotel service was very good, staff's behavior was very gentle, rooms were cleaned and value for money. All over experience was very nice.

It is a budget friendly hotel but not at all ideal for old people, disabled or people with leg injuries. We were given a room in 3rd floor which wad very inconvenient to get up and down every day. There were clogging issues in our bathroom and it smelled a lot. They switched off connection to hot water during night which was very annoying. The room was decent in amenities. The service was below average. First of all electric kettle was not there in the room which wad mentioned in the voucher. When wd asked for it first, to the man in the reception, he said electric kettle cannot be provided. Next day when we called the reception again for the kettle, because the water was too cold to drink, then they provided us with a old dirty kettle, not a standard kettle that we saw in other rooms. Secondly, geezer does not have any fixed time and also does not give hot water 24 hours, which they claim to provide. We had to call the reception both days to check the geezer and one day had to skip bath. Size of the room provided was extremely small without any exhaus or ventilation which was suffocating. They claim to provide free wi-fi. But you will not be able to connect and use the hotel wi-fi in any of the device. We are frequent traveller to darjeeling and sikkim but have never experienced such poor service in any hotel. There are many hotel in darjeeljng in the same budget which gives good service. So this is definitely our first and last time in this hotel. The experience has been extremely dissatisfying in this hotel, and we will highly not recommended this to any couple or family who are visiting darjeeling for 2-3 days or more.

Steep approach road to the hotel gate. Stairs from gate to reception extremely steep and difficult to ascend. Solid building, however. Built on a rock. Earthquake resistant. Power, hot water problem. Bathroom latch could only be opened from outside. Of the 5 electrical points only 03 were functional. Bed lamp was flickering, mirror lamp not functioning. Next door under construction building was blocking the view. No almirah, luggage table in the room. Dirty shelves. However, staff prompt & courteous. Amit khatri even discussed his business margins with me. Annoyed that makemytrip takes 30% commission & the goct also takes away taxes. No parking facility for customers. Senior citizens should avoid. Fast, free wifi connection. Good tea, coffee. Variety of dishes in restaurant. Stayed for 2 nights in november 2023. Located very close to keventer's, glenarys and the mall. The taxi stand is also closeby. The room with a balcony and mountain view was totally wooden panelled, very cosy, wooden floored with a ceiling mirror. One of only 4 front facing mountain views in the hotel.

Staff's behaviour was terrible. Housekeeping service & laundry service was not available there. They provide a small standard room instead of a double deluxe room.

Very neat and clean room. Hot water is available. You can see kangchenjunga clearly if there is no fog or cloud. Food is very nice. 3-4 minutes walk from the mall. Service is very good.

They gave very good service. We booked a regular room, but after going to the hotel, they arranged a premium room for 1 day for our demand. Food is very good and not over priced. Water facility is too good. Behaviour of every person is equally good.

Water in washroom is a big issue. Room heater not available. Basic room facilities like tea leaf & at-least 1 lit bottle of drinking water is not available.

The location is good to stay, easy to find. The room size and decoration was good enough for us. Service was good. The next person who is going to book a room in this hotel must try their coffee. It costs rs 50 per cup but believe me it's more than enough and good from other available restaurants.

The location of hotel is in proper place easy access to major parts of darjeeling. The food was awesome and the behavior of the staff was very good and prompt to any work. The rooms are good and bathroom are spacious. Just one of the room of the two rooms we booked the floor was broken but one can avoid. Overall the stay was pleasant

Everything in this stay was perfect starting from the behaviour of the crews to the quality of the food and the time of service from the time of asking that was great. And at last talking about the location, it was really easy to find it as it is situated near to the mall road and clock towers - the town hall of darjeeling.

Rooms are clean. Looking very nice. Bathrooms are also very clean. Couples can stay there without any disturbance.

It is located near main areas of darjeeling

We were a family with a senior citizen. First day i was allotted room on 2nd floor as we checked in late. But next day morning the hotel staff offered a room on the first floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
