Food is expensive. Location is good, walking distance to Darjeeling rail station.darjeeling Mal is 10to15minute walking distance. Property is not properly maintained. Door Lock, some light, basin tap are non functioning.

Location and food is good. Hotel staffs are well behaved and cooperative but the worst part is when I asked him to put the bottle I'd bought at the market in the refrigerator to chill, he flatly refused. I even spoke to the property owner, but he also refused, even though hard drinks are allowed at this hotel.

My stay at hotel Silver Star was excellent. Clean rooms, very good service. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Hotel manager, Lalita ma'am was very helpful. Will visit again.

The hotel is well furnished. Everyone who visit darjeeling must check this premise once to experience the exciting environment. I was fortunate to see Kunchanjanga peak from this hotel's room itself.

The location was good near Darjeeling railway station, easy to locate and was very good. Got upgraded to a suite and the view was wonderful.

As price Food was not good and Room was not cleaned properly and getting bad smell also bed sheet was cleaned coming smell from bed.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions."

The moment I arrived, staff were helpful. Rooms are spacious considering the price. Best room among similar hotels so far. Will book again.
