Omega residency near mall road

room is not at all good. basic amenities is also not available in the room, like, no hot water in the night, once electricity is not there they don't switch on the power backup, handwash was empty, bath soap liquid also empty. bedsheet with full of hair, that means they didn't clean the bedsheet after last guest check out.

The washroom commode flush was not working properly, charged for drinking water , Very poor service

Omega residency is located in a good strategic location. But after 4:00 PM no housekeeping facilities, even hot water was limited. Hair dryer was available but not working etc.

The hotel is average not full fill expectations.The location is good. Food quality is also good.

My stay at Omega Residency, Darjeeling was a wonderful experience. That staff behaviour was excellent and the food was very good. The Olive suite was really spacious and worth the money. If we visit Darjeeling, we would like to stay here again. The Hotel is in a good location. The hotel people arranged for Day trip and drop to Njp at a reasonable rate. Overall wonderful stay.

Good hotel, Rooms are clean and well maintained. Improvement needed on service- response time to be improved. Rooms are bit small. Location is good

the hotel staff are very nice .Room beds are should be king size ,but twin bed are sufficient for family with two kids

The hotel is very suitably located between Mall road and Chowrasta Bazar. Staff is very professional and well mannered. Definitely have food from their in house restaurant, although vegetarian, you will be amazed by the amazing tasting food. I would choose and recommend this hotel for each of my trip to Darjeeling.

Excellent stay. Room is very clean and maintain cleanliness at all time. Foods are veg and very tasty. Room service is also superb. staff are very polite and ☺️. Near to Mall road also. All are very friendly and helpful. Thank you MMT and thanks to this property 's owner. I will give it 5/5.

Very good stay at omega recidency. Mall road is just 5 min walking distance. Room service and reception is very helpful food price little higher side but quality and quantity is good. I have very pleasant 3 night stay at omega you surely consider this hotel as a good stay at darjeeling
