Good Budget Hotel with all necessary amenities
We booked the hotel for 2 days last weekend. It is my pleasure to inform u all that the overall experience was good and also they have upgraded the room to the next category as well. Though dental kit was not there and front office service could have been better. The location is good just 2 minutes walking and u are there in mall road. It is recommended to all who all are looking for a good accommodation within not very high budget. Remember lift is not there though stairs are comfortable enough.

Average Stay
the stay was ok, we did not have the hair dryer which is important in this weather and a heater, we had to ask for the room cleaning, the tea and coffee could be refilled only once a day and the most important thing, the network was poor and the wifi signal was extremely weak due to which staying connected was a huge problem!! the staff were good and nice!!

Good Stay
I recently visited Darjeeling for my solo trip. The hotel was located in the central part of Darjeeling very near to Mall road providing comfort to visit most of the places by walk. Customer service was excellent and any issues will be sorted out immediately. Hotel members (Ankit, Kunal & Aryan) were very kind since the checkin. Food quality is fine.Some of the concerns I faced is light switches are not near to the bed and I have to walk out of my bed everytime to turn on/off lights which is a huge discomfort. Rooms get cold very quickly at night. Unless you have proper layered warm clothes, nights will be very harsh to you. Room heaters are available but they cost extra.

5 , The stay was amazing had a great stay staffs were excellent specially Aryan,Kunal, shankar,prabhat and Aniket Room was clean and cozy bathroom was clean and smelled fresh , they even upgraded our room to deluxe Overall the stay was Amazing

Average Stay
The stay was good according to the budget however room service was disappointing, coz I asked for extra towel on the 1st night when we check-in however until i checked out on the 3rd day I did not get the extra towel.

firstly i want to say that when i reached hotel they give us free upgrade with a nice gesture and when i went to room , it was out of my expection ! it was increadebly nice and cozy ! i really thank to front desk especally ayush and aniket they really help us through our stay , i look forword to stay in this hotel when i come back

Great place for a budget vacation
It was a 4 days stay for me at Bumsang Muscatel. It was my first trip to Darjeeling and being a solo female traveller, I had my apprehensions. However, it turned out to be a great stay as the staff was very hospitable, friendly and co-operative and guided me in all posible ways. The property is very conveniently located from the Mall. It is walkable from the market and Keventers in case one wants to dine out. Additionally, there are plenty of small stores located nearby in case any purchases need to be made. The hotel kitchen was prompt whenever I placed my orders. Overall, services provided were good and it was a great stay !

Mscatel bhumsang - Darjeeling
Essential commodities like towel soaps toothpaste shampoo are not provided. Even there was no water in the tap for the time of the day. on the day 1 they refused to serve food as coock is on leave after one hour somehow they managed. rooms walls are darty and spots on the wall... The entrance of the hotel is stiff inclined and aged persons were facing difficulties. The geyser's switch in the bathroom was electrified and I got electric shock the moment I touched it. Although the behaviour of the staff was good and the location of the property was good. it was not at all value for money.

Best budget hotel near Mall Road
Location is very good very close to Mall road, Staff members were very polite and I was lucky I got auto upgraded to their best view room, We had food also from hotel and it was great price can be little higher for some people but it was not that high

Good Stay
First day stay at super deluxe was not so good. Tv remote was not working properly,basin water tap was not working. After this we take deluxe room and that was ok. Room was clean and everything was working fine.
