I am very much satisfied with my stay here. The hotel room is exactly like which shows in the image. I have opted for a standard room and it's so much clean and comfortable. Excellent Stay
The hotel was very nice and the staff were very helpful, especially Srijana, she had been there helping us the whole stay. Would definitely stay there again during my next visit, had a very nice experience. 10/10 service

Excellent Stay
It was all nice. I really had a great experience staying here in Muscatel Roma. It is not too far from Chawrasta, located in a walking distance. However, it may cause difficulties to the older people. The Behaviour of the staff, and the services provided during the stay was excellent.

Location was good , the washroom flush was not working . It was dirty . The bedsheet was dirty . Even the blankets were smelling . Very unhygienic

Terrible Stay
such a patetheic experience, pillows are smelling, fungus in blanket, bed mattress is not proper its totally uncomfortable because it's inside spring is broken, not even bathroom taps are working, food quality is very poor they are providing 1 parath for 120rs with zero quality, very bad experience here, will never consider anyone for a stay
