Review Of HOTEL ARISON

We dint find anything good about the hotel except food. cons: 1) They did not come to show the room. Soon after we entered the room , restroom was stinking so badly. Though requested, wedid not get better room. Their men checked and cleaned but smell persisted mildly which their manager refused to accept. 2. AC couldn't control.. it was maintained centrally 3. Hot water did not come always. 4. Carpet was dirty, if we use that our blankets are getting dirty 5. TV - No dth or channels.. jus youtube available. Netflix hotstar all were outdated apps which we couldn't update too and use with our login

Love arison hotel. Very spacious rooms. Comfortable stay. Cooperative staff. Kind people. Loved kashmir and people there.

It is a newly built beautiful property located near airport. They provide great hospitality and all the meals are tasty

The property looked new and neat, the stay was horrible. The room was big and equipped with necessities, there was one big glass window that was sealed. So with the centralized ac in heater mode, the room heated up and we could. Not get any fresh air. When we complained they switched of the heater but room was still very warm with no air circulation and suffocating. The bed was very hard and we would not get good sleep. The food was bad. Buffet breakfast spread was very poor and daily there would be oily poories with aloo. Other options were just oats or cornflakes. We actually make do with bread toast. For dinner they had very few options if one did not want to have buffet then very few options as ala carte. And the taste was bad. Also service was poor. Stayed for 4 nights all were bad. The only positive was when we needed some emergency medicines the front desk helped us out in arranging for it. Will definitely not recommend this hotel.

The Hotel Arison is so Good and clean and comfortable , I'm very glad to stay there and staff are so helpful and good , and the manager of hotel he is very nice person He helped me out in everything . Thank You so much to all staff 🙏🏻

The staff is very welcoming and services are quick. I was upgraded to a super deluxe room and it has wverything in it. The food is like a top rated mumbai restaurant.
