Great Experience to stay in the hotel. Mr. Saleem and team provided great assistance during our stay. Food preparation is exceptional

Very nice & courteous staff. Mr. Saleem from F&B went above & beyond to take care of us. The location is a bit in the interiors of main market, took us time to reach the hotel.

The place is beautiful, food was good too ,however we had some complaints that we raised to the management, the location is pretty good, just 5 minutes from The airport.

It was a good stay. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Food is tasty, though it is quite overpriced.

Hello there ! I need not to complain against anyone but I should let you know, after booking my room at around 9.15 and doing the payment, I had to go out towards Dal lake for couple of hours. And I was told by the receptionist, that Sir you can go out, your luggage will be sent to your room etc. To my shock, when I came back to the hotel at around 11 pm, my bag was lying on the ground unattended for 2 hours.. there was no one at the reception and moreover I was given Room 414 which was on 4th floor.. I myself had to pick my luggage and lifted it myself, went all the way up to 4th floor by stairs ( almost 100 stairs)... So can you sense how terrible it would have been for me ! So kindly a polite suggestion from my side, is that please train your staff member so that no one will have to face what I faced. Thanks....Sameer

This time it was for 10 days. Ate breakfast Buffett every single day. They have variety in Buffett, which doesn't make u get bored of the options available.
