The location is near to airport and the property itself is well maintained . staff is courteous and food is top class

it's near Srinagar Airport. It's a very neat and clean hotel with a good restaurant. food quality was good.

Stay was okay. But They took extra 12000 by giving us wrong QR code. Please refund the extra money paid. I can share the screenshots of extra payment made. Waiting for your response

Hello there ! I need not to complain against anyone but I should let you know, after booking my room at around 9.15 and doing the payment, I had to go out towards Dal lake for couple of hours. And I was told by the receptionist, that Sir you can go out, your luggage will be sent to your room etc. To my shock, when I came back to the hotel at around 11 pm, my bag was lying on the ground unattended for 2 hours.. there was no one at the reception and moreover I was given Room 414 which was on 4th floor.. I myself had to pick my luggage and lifted it myself, went all the way up to 4th floor by stairs ( almost 100 stairs)... So can you sense how terrible it would have been for me ! So kindly a polite suggestion from my side, is that please train your staff member so that no one will have to face what I faced. Thanks....Sameer

This time it was for 10 days. Ate breakfast Buffett every single day. They have variety in Buffett, which doesn't make u get bored of the options available. Sarover portico Srinagar is s good stay option for tourists. This is situated near by Airport. And all staff service and behaviour in this hotel excellent....
