Food Quality is so bad. Behaviour of staff is good In Night the off the AC of room even after complaint thrice

Poor Stay
Breakfast was not good. Average hotel breakfast menu. Other Radisson’s breakfast is much better than this.

Staying in Redison feels like a home stay every staff is soft spoken and cooperative. Food is like wow.

Good Stay
Radisson- Srinagar stay has been a pleasant experience. Rooms are decent but not that great. Washroom shower was not working properly and had a very low pressure. Food quality is average not that great. Ordered Chicken Biryani which was bland and had too big chicken pieces. Good point is the view from windows. Had a lush green view of mountains which was very relaxing to the eyes. Overall a nice stay but not that great.

Not satisfied
Delay in service , a bit dirty room . Bathroom was not as per the Radisson standards . No heater , food was excellent though . For small small things we had to call 3-4 times to get it done in the span of 2-3 hours . We booked it for 2+ 1 but they denied giving extra mattress so we had to sleep on same bed which was not comfortable as all.

Stay at Radisson blu Srinagar was a pleasant one.Our room was upgraded to a suite when we arrived! Food was delicious with a good spread.Location is good.Recommend this one!

Radisson stay on 31st
familyWe landed this hotel on 31st eve this year. Initially when we checked in we were told gala dinner is compulsory for which i have to pay additional. But when we went down we got option either going to gala or normal one. ( without liquor) in which only 3 nonveg and one veg starter saved rest everything was same also the there were very few people who opted for this option ( unfortunately we were one of them) later we seen that the sinners who were are banquet were performing at regular dinner section we also went there and enjoyed food. As hotel if yoy didn't get enough occupancy for event at least to show respect the amount changed to some few people could have been discounted ( for brand like radisson. Rest things were nice and okay

Though after paying heavy room charges, the central heating was not working. Management just gave temp small heater instead of fixing it or changing the room. Very bad management. Never recommend this place. Staff is friendly so gave 3 rating otherwise it would be only 1. 5
