My wife Jaya and I were fortunate enough to have booked with Tsering, the lovely host of this awesome homestay. The location of this property is Rajbagh, one of the posher localities of Srinagar. You just cannot be prepared, especially on a first visit, to imagine that such a lovely property is hidden behind a small green gate.Ample parking, a huge common drawing/sitting room/library where filling breakfast options are paid out in the morning. our room at the 1 st floor was one of the 5 bedrooms with attached bathroom. The ambience is such that we have decided to book this room for one more day on our way out from Srinagar .A lot of care seems to have been taken for detail right from hot water dispensers at each floor, microwave oven, toasters, tea and coffee sachets, hot water kettles etc. The proximity to eating places is such that you can have a variety of cuisine within a 50-300 mts walk. Topping it with the care Tsering takes of her guests makes this place a must stay. don't think twice when booking at this property.

Everything was good about the property, we were more than comfortable there. Staff was helpful, breakfast was on time

The property was easy to find on a busy street. Best to follow Google Maps. The property itself is beautiful with an accomodating host and helpers. The rooms are cosy and my friends and I found the rooms quite spacious. The amenities are good. Breakfast had a lot of options and was really tasty.

A beautiful house with lovely host, the staff and arrangements were all very well managed. The property is well maintained and beautiful. The stay was good, the property location was awesome and the property was neat and clean. The only requirement is some maintenance of the property which was lagging like the shower was not working properly, the furniture were very old etc.

It's a beautiful property, very well maintained. Spacious, beautiful room. Garden area is also a big usp. Don't expect lavish options for breakfast ofcourse as it's a homestay and not a hotel otherwise food is tasty. They don't serve other meals so manage on your own

In spite of the abundance of open space for parking, we had to park outside if we requested a blanket for the driver. They refused.

Good place to stay with family.No issues.In a quiet residential neighbourhood. Well maintained by the owners. Just the early chkout at 10 a.m. is a bit too early.

The property is located in the heart of city. The board is not well marked and locating it can be difficult.

Its a beautiful cozy house with beautiful back garden, the staff is very kind and helpful. The location is perfect if you want to walk down and explore the town. We had a lovely stay.

The bungalow is a beautiful property, adorned with carpets, tasteful furniture, gorgeous pictures and decor items. It also has a very charming garden. We just stayed for a night but we wished we had a few days more.

We had a very pleasant stay at the bungalow. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the common area and garden is extremely charming and welcoming. Were were able to interact with other guests which was very interesting. The staff was very helpful (especially munna) and ensured our stay was comfortable.
