We had a truly wonderful stay at The Orcahed Retreat and Spa. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff here are incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile—it really made a difference in our overall experience. The property itself is beautifully maintained, offering a serene and picturesque location that adds so much charm to the stay. The views are absolutely stunning, and it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind amidst nature. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the in-room dining experience exceeded our expectations—special thanks to the dining staff for being so efficient and courteous. We would especially like to thank our driver, Tanveer, who was with us throughout our trip to Srinagar. He made us feel safe and comfortable at every step, and his local knowledge and friendly nature added so much value to our journey. Overall, The Orcahed Retreat and Spa is a perfect getaway with top-notch service, amazing people, and an unforgettable atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Orchard retreat and spa is impeccable from the point of entry to the exit. I had visited the resort in the month of may with my family including a 4yrs old kid and an 72yrs old lady. The resort is excellently located, with exquisite views, wonderful lawns, an immaculate play zone and a kid zones, grit and spacious rooms, aptly and judiciously thought about the comfort of its customers including meagre-minute details. Every person in the resort, from the front desk to every person will meet you with an smile and will go to extra lengths to keep u comfortable and happy. Food options are lavish and grit in taste. Overall a wonderful experience and i will definitely love to visit it again

We were a family of three and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The highlight was the beautiful garden in front of the cottage. The staff was exceptionally polite and always ready to assist. The food was both delicious and hygienic. Overall, our experience was excellent. Beautiful place surrounded by serene and picturesque mountains. Comfortable stay. Food was delicious. Play arena, trees, spa, swimming pool and gym too good. Kid friendly and taking walk around the resort full of apple, walnut, pears and cherry trees is just awesome. Staff is very good.

A buffet breakfast is provided one day. The other two days were not given. The food served was not what should be served in a star category The Orchard Retreat & Spa. Can only give 2 marks out of 10 for morning food. Food served at restaurnt at night also taste very deplorable.

We stayed at the The Orchard Retreat & Spa with our family. The property is well maintained and has beautiful, lush green lawns. Service is prompt and staff is very helpful. The The Orchard Retreat & Spa is situated 25-30 mins away from the city centre.

The property is very nice. The service and facilities are good. The location is a bit far from the city center. Recommend staying here for a quiet and peaceful time.

Good stay staff was helpful. It's a resort. So one must stay here if you want to enjoy and relax whole day. It is not worth if you are just taking a halt from your journey.

Clean. Beautiful garden. Average food. Did not allow a shawl seller to interact with me in the The Orchard Retreat & Spa. He had come to deliver a shawl. I was asked to go out of the gate. And after that even move his car from the lane outside.
