The stay was very nice. The property is spacious and offers a good variety of indoor and outdoor games like cycling and kids play area. The food quality and taste was the best part of the stay. The staff was also very courteous throughout the stay. The only thing that could be improved is the hot water in the washroom — it could have been better.

Good Stay but Disappointed with Cab Charge Policy

Overall, This is a nice property with good ambiance and comfortable stay. The staff was courteous and the service was generally good. However, I am reducing 2 stars because of a disappointing experience with their cab service. I had requested a cab yesterday and later asked to cancel it. They charged me 1500, stating that the driver had already arrived to pick me up. Later, I found out that no one had actually come. I feel they could have reduced the cancellation charge to 500–1000, which would have been fair.Additionally it was mentioned that 50% discount on airport transfer which was not provided. This issue slightly hampered my overall experience, as I felt cheated otherwise everything else was fine.

Had a wonderful stay ! excellent staff ! All are very helpful. Especially loved the hospitality by Parvez, Javed and Ishfaq. Naseer, Tahir, Rahil and Khalid made us feel at home as well. Higky recommended to everyone who wants to live in the best resort in Srinagar.

I had a great time at Orchard Resort. We have received a lot of kindness and assistance from their team. In the dining room, especially Mr. Parvez, Bilal, and Javed. Mr. Rehan, our driver, has been incredibly kind and cooperative. These cottages were quite lovely, tidy, and serene. Since its location is close to a number of popular tourist attractions, such as Dal Lake and Nishat Garden, I heartily recommend it to anyone visiting Srinagar. I sincerely appreciate the staff's cooperation.

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Orcahed Retreat and Spa. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff here are incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile—it really made a difference in our overall experience. The property itself is beautifully maintained, offering a serene and picturesque location that adds so much charm to the stay. The views are absolutely stunning, and it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind amidst nature. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the in-room dining experience exceeded our expectations—special thanks to the dining staff for being so efficient and courteous. We would especially like to thank our driver, Tanveer, who was with us throughout our trip to Srinagar. He made us feel safe and comfortable at every step, and his local knowledge and friendly nature added so much value to our journey.
