Good location. In the heart of the city. Food was excellent. New property very neat and clean. All the services are good.

The stay was very comfortable and their breakfast was very lavish and good

Bad experience table glass break by mistake. We admitted to pay but they want more money than actual value

Very good hotel hits in mall which is called the city Mall and there are many shops inside the mall where you can shop for example Columbia Tanishq Apple Store and there is a Food Court upstairs where you can eat food and there is a Turkish area of the food backside of the hotel. It's the main market where you can shop eat and go to the main restaurant restaurant call Adu

Good place to stay and do work. Near to the air port and other places. Good Place to stay and work. It is near to the airport and other areas near to the Shikara and there is a very good supermarket called pick and choose where you can go and shop and near the picket. There are a few gaming areas where kids can also play highly recommend.

Must stay experience. amazing popp experience. Eligent interior and comfortable stay. Location is near Lal Chauk and Famous Ahdoos restaurant is just across the road. Restaurant of the hotel is beautiful and the taste and service is outstanding. rooms are crafted beautiful.

A very comfortable stay within the touristy heart of Srinagar City. Spacious & comfortable rooms. Washrooms have non skid flooring. The staff is polite & understanding. Restaurant has an amazing view. Although menu is limited

I found about this property via a recommendation from a local taxi driver from Kashmir. My stay was great. I got a free upgrade to a suite. The food here is the highlight of the entire property. Mr. Gaurav Singh, the chef is doing some really good work here. Although my stay was good here but looking at the current scenario of Kashmir, I found the room rents to be little overpriced. I’m satisfied probably because of the suite upgrade. Otherwise they should work upon their pricing slabs. The hospitality of this place was really nice.

Breakfast should have some Kashmiri cuisine and even at the dinner time there was no Kashmiri items.

Food was expensive there was no parking for us there was no one to guide us about parking and entrance of the hotel

Location good for those who want to stay in happening place. Otherwise it is in a mall , no open area . Everything else was perfect except food .

It's a new hotel which is the reason they give for poor service. There are three supervisors and 2 stewards in one time buffet. The stewards are slow in clearing the tables and refilling things. The supervisors are irritated due to lack of staff and feel pressured to attend the customers. Lack of management, improper staff training and lack of ownership in the managers is clearly visible. I request the team to visit Taj Fateh Prakash Palace Udaipur or Double tree by Hilton Amer or Radisson Kumbhalgarh to see how they handle service and grievances. This review is not negative but a need for self reflection for Sarovar Premiere Srinagar.

hotel is build at excellent location ,,, Hotel is inside mall, that's biggest mall in srinagar. Hotel staff very helpful & polite. Hotel rooms & services are totally luxurious, Must stay hotel.
