Hotel Grand Habib

I’ve been staying at this hotel for the last 2 years, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff are always friendly, polite, and ready to help with anything you need. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, showing their consistent focus on hygiene. The food is always delicious and freshly prepared. Truly appreciate their warm hospitality — it feels like a home away from home!

Hot water had a timing, room heater had a timing to work. Most of the times even room heater was not working. The temperature at shrinagar was around 0 degrees and we needed hot water when we need. They could have at-least put a geaser instead. I would not recommend to stay at that hotel if anyone is visiting shrinagar. Please look for some other. Only good thing was there were the interior decorations of rooms and hotel and electric heated bed. That's all. Nope

Room service n staff were supportive room and bathroom neat and clean overall it was an awesome experience with this hotel.

We are booking executive class room but facilities provided by hotel like deluxe room. Toilet was in very condition.

I stayed in the hotel for three nights with family. The room and bathroom were spacious. Hot water was available in only during specific hours. On our last day of our stay hot water was an issue. The bed has facility to be heated but we didn't utilize it. The hotel staff provided two small bottle of water in evening and fresh towel in the evening. The breakfast was simple and good with three or four options. Overall a good hotel to stay for a few nights.

In every field hotel was good and service was good, room was neat and clean and all facilities inside thee room was good

Truly a gud experience for food quality and service as well as staff co-operation and parking facility is gud

The bathroom was . Somebody used the toilet and forgot to flush. I checked in very late and couldn’t do anything. I was there for few hours so didn’t used the washroom anyways. But avoid this hotel at any cost.

It was good experience with grand habib stay, main thing that hot water timing limit correct it's timing limit. Also raj bagh is very expensive area it is good to stay near dal lake. Near dal lake every type of restaurant available, easy communication available.

Good hotel, neat and clean friendly staff, food was ok but stay was comfortable with wifi and hot water. Room service was quick.

The person at the reception is rude. The owner needs to seriously look at the receptionist as how he behaves. No food service available in the room.

Should add more variety in food served in cafeteria.

Given the price range of rooms it was not worthy, food was available only on buffet so too expensive. Also there was no first aid kit available in the hotel.

Location is in posh area of kashmir, neat and clean rooms and toilets, pleasing to the eyes, pleasant staff. Breakfast is a bit costly, but many restaurants nearby. Definetly worth staying.
