The hotel was impressive with its neat and clean property. The food was delicious Great stay overall. Thanks to the team for making it memorable 5 stars

The rating could be zero (0) as this Hotel cheated us upon arrival saying that our rooms are allotted in Block B located few building across. They said, what you see on website is their Block A. By the way, there is no block A or block B. Their "so called" Block B is a 3 months old hotel property named "Palm Paradise". They said, food is prepared centrally and amenities at both locations are same. We found out.. it's not true either. While Hotel Moonstone De Luxury has heritage looking aesthetics from outside, Palm Paradise is a new Hotel altogether. Chef at both locations are different and thereby food is also different. In the holy month of Ramadan, manager of Hotel Moonstone De Luxury lied to us with swearing to allah & all mentioned above claiming to be true - which simply isn't. This hotel is 100% cheat!

Everything is fine. In MakeMyTrip, Hotel rates are very costly. We found this after staying there for 9 nights

Service and food is good rooms are well maintained.

staff were so nice with there service....but here comes main part the ac doesn't work and they gave me electrical blanket for two single beds I dnt have idea whether bed sheet became brown by over heat of electrical blanket or it is there from before as I slept on other bed they told me it is burnt I saw and I said I dnt have idea I can pay a bit of you want later they charged me 2600 that to with lot of discussion...I'm completely upset with it and whole two nights I suffered by shivering with out ac (heater) I dnt know them they should compensate it..they are coming with lame answer that it is technical issue...even flush water is not coming in wc. make my trip please don't suggest me this mind of hotels if not I will opt for other sources...

Terrible experience.

Good comfortable room. Warm and cozy heating, and warm water in the washroom. Good housekeeping all staff were courteous and welcoming. Peaceful and no disturbance of traffic etc lot of eating joints at walking distance from the hotel

Moonstone hotel is very nice and safe staff are very good and good behaviour with turist recipienest is very kind person

We payed 7000- per night, was allotted a 150 sq. Ft dingy room, with 8'x4' bathroom, north facing room with a view of a private house at a distance 10. We stayed 2 nights on 22-23 april 2024 and for the same price they gave us a palatial room jhelum facing. Mm t should examine such low-grade property before offering to the tourists.

Very nice property and staff is good food also good

The staffs were very friendly and supportive. They made all arrangements and were ready to help us in locating the shops we wanted to go to. They arranged a taxi for our airport drop at early morning. The rooms were spacious enough. Bathrooms and toileteries were in place. Its situated well within the city yet in a calm place.

The staff of 22 enclave were very courteous and helpful

I booked a room with advance payment and was shifted to a nearby hotel.

One of the best hotel in Srinagar. Amazing services and accommodation.

Without power terrible stay, they gave only one light to room, more than 5 hours power was not there, no hot water, poor cleaning, complimentary breakfast is waste, room service is poor, need lots of care to develop this property, luckily I got immediate response from the mobile number which make my trip given, thanks for that guy.

Ideal place for corporate travellers. Spacious rooms with led ac and refrigerator. Tea coffee maker bonus. Only limited food choice.

Chicken quality in food is not good, bad smell not properly wash before cooking.
