Perfect Hotel with Perfect People
Perfect Hotel to get relax in front of Dal Lake with nice architecture and good food. Special Thanks to Aamir and Amin, who took care of my parents very well & just felt like a home. Also, all other support staff were friendly & and were available 24X7 whenever required.

Good Stay
The highlight of the property is its location , friendly staff with clean and comfortable rooms. The only area which can be better is the food . If the food is improved , it will be an excellent property

Friendly staff, Great food and very comfortable stay..
Right at the Dal Lake, cozy hotel with polite and humble staff. The hospitality was great and so was the food. Enjoyed the 4 night stay and shall surely stay again when in Srinagar

Hotel have 2 buildings, front old ones and new at backside. New ones are good, booked reading reviews of new building. Location is very good enjoy night at Dal lake and eateries.

experience is very bad and horrible
Firstly I booked executive room by seeing hotels pictures and views..and reception area.but they give us room like .that is they told us this is executive room and room is like servant quarter.and outside our time .used plates and utensils are there.no one came to put them .very bad experience and mainly the reception person who is very arrogant and so rude ..very very bad experience .

Terrible Stay
Worst Experience ever faced. We were resting in our room when they called us to pay an amount of for my little daughter who is 12 years old, calling her an adult, without even providing extra amenities. Worst part is we did not even ask them to provide us extra bed and other necessary stuffs. Also since we were travelling for about 6 hours from Katra, we called our driver to check if the rooms were available for them, but the hotel did not have any facilities for driver accommodations and he had to travel another 9 kms to find a room. Really very disappointed.

Good Stay
I would say one of the great hotels in sringar . Their hospitality and food was awesome. I must complement the chef at Grand Boulevard , he made great food for all the guests staying in the hotel. right in front of Dal lake and easy accessible to bakeries and market makes it perfect spot for stay !!
