Review Of Hotel Central Park

First, some feedback: during our three-night stay, we didn't sleep comfortably even once. Our room was stuffy and would get uncomfortably hot at night. After multiple failed attempts to regulate the temperature through our room thermostat, we learnt that the temperature is completely controlled by their staff at the reception. Even after they made some adjustments, it was still not at optimum levels and we wish we could manage it on our own. Secondly, the property suffers from multiple maintenance issues-- from bathroom nozzle and flush to card key switch. Without these two issues, the stay would have been much more comfortable. The staff, however, was very helpful, particularly Tahir and his colleagues. When we found hair all over our bed covers (though the room was clean), he had them changed immediately. At breakfast, we were not too fond of fried and oily foods; so he took good care of us and ensured we had better alternatives like fresh fruit. They also upgraded our room for some of the nights. We also forgot to avail 15% discount on our restaurant bill. So, adding that as a reminder

Had a poor experience. The hotel changed the accommodation to another nearby hotel Downtown mentioning that it’s an upgrade. There was hardly any staff --- no value for money. No water / welcome drinks offered , leave aside the promised included hi tea with cookies ... avoid it and can easily get any of the lake floating properties like Welcome etc for the same cost

The stay was perfect, loved the property and ambience, it was really beautiful and the staff was extremely polite and available all the time..specially Mr Shehzad was extremely helpful

Hotel is situated @ 2 km to del Lake and very easy to get local conveyance from here. Staff is very good and always smiling and cooperating. We stayed here for two nights and have our BF and dinner at hotel. Food taste and variety found to be good. As & when we ask for any item, the same was provided within few minutes. It is suggested that iron be provided in the rooms. During our stay we found that sometimes internet connectivity was low which needs to be taken care of by the hotel management. Overall our experience with the hotel is very good.

Room maintainance is very bad and food Refeling is also bad due to low man power and the manpower in the hotel is very less

The property is very good!! Good ambience of rooms and toilets!!! Lift is available!!!! Staff is cooperative!!! Approaching road of nearly 50 mts is congested

Location is not good it’s an very average hotel not worth for amount spend I don’t recommend this Hotel.
