Area locality and service was just fabulous . Aroma was also too good . I will recommend it to my known too

room is fine but bathroom is not so good and overall stay was ok

One of the best hotels in Srinagar near Dal Lake. I Checked in arround 3 PM at the hotel and was greeted by a warm Kawha tea. The manager Mr Parvez was polite and soft spoken. He made every impossible possible and provided excellent Service. The Rooms were clean. tidy and 24*7 hot water supply. Food was good but overpriced. There were various food items on menu chart but all of them were unavailable. Room service person was also of same name: Parvez, Who took every pain for making my stay cosy. In a nutshell: My most preferred hotel in Srinagar and many thanks to MMT for making this happen.

Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service! I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, the ambiance was elegant, and every small detail was well taken care of. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, but what made the experience truly special was the service. A special thanks to Parvez, our waiter, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He was polite, attentive, and always had a smile on his face. His recommendations were spot on, and his warm hospitality made our meals even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

The hotel was recently opened and still needs maintenance. Rooms are somewhat small but nice. Food is excellent but the chairs in the dining area are of poor quality. Two of our members fell down including me.

The room was spacious, neat, and well maintained. The staff was very polite. It doesn't quite have the view and restaurant shown in the pictures, regardless the experience was comfortable.

The location was convenient and peaceful, making it perfect for both rest and exploring nearby attractions. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast and overall warm hospitality. Would definitely recommend and love to stay again

very good and cordial staff further very neat and clean premises with good food. however cost of the food is little high.

Two major irritants which resulted in this low a rating 1. While there are electricity cuts, there seems to be huge hesitancy on part of hotel to switch on the generator. As a result, even geysers stay switched off. 2. Since I was leaving very early on 30th, I requested hotel to provide me packed breakfast. I was assured by 4 different people that it will be ready for me. At 5:45, there was no sign of breakfast. The person on duty said he will check. I waited 20 minutes, no sign of the city person or breakfast and left in disgust. Both me and wife did not have anything to eat till past 11:30 am, we were in hurry to cross the had roads towards Jammu. I did get a poor apology call by 5pm, seemed to be an afterthought, to say a meek sorry.

Food and location are excellent.

I booked room for 3 days in August 2025. Rooms are good. Location is walking distance near from Dal lake. I did not tried hotel food so can’t comment about that. During my stay there was network shut down due to flood in Jammu. During these time hotel staff Mr. Ansar helped me a lot. He gave me his for to do all phone calls, i was not able to do final payment, i did payment through someone, but we were not able to confirm it due to network issue. Still without confirmation they allowed me to leave on trust basis. I request hotel owner to increase pay of Mr Ansar to keep him motivated. Thank you.

very great experience also the staff is so polite and friendly nature especially parvaiz and junaid from housekeeping both are every humble guys . very clean and decent rooms. I stayed here for four days . Sometimes I face issue of power cut . The rest of things are excellent.

This is a perfect place to stay if you are going with a family. We took stay plus breakfast and dinner and you won't believe the food was so delicious everytime. They prepared local food plus veg and non veg items. Loved the food and stay. Highly recommended.

The housekeeping staff were lovely — they even made a cute little towel bunny for me! The surroundings were quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was quite good and varied, with both traditional Indian dishes for guests to experience and Western-style options to choose from. The staff were very helpful and attentive whenever I needed assistance.

The stay is very much satisfacory. The staff and management as well are cordial, courteous and provide expedious services. Food is delicious. They prepare food even to the satisfaction of South Indians. The Management considered check-in a few ours earlier and didn't charge extra for it. The Hotel located stratigically near to most fascinated Dal Lake and Commercial and busy areas like Lal Chowk.
