Location is good , food and services are excellent special mention about the support staff umar.👍nageen lake is clear . Houseboat is also beautiful

I booked the stay at Nigeen lake which is peaceful vs stays at Dal lake. The hygiene level was top notch, upon entering the houseboat we were asked to change into their flip-flops, hence ensuring no outside dirt is carried into the property. Washrooms, dining area and other common areas are very well maintained, giving a luxurious experience. Beds are very comfortable and the heater / ac facility worked very well, good wifi connectivity. The owner Mr. Amir is very friendly and welcoming, special thanks to the caretaker Mr. Majid for paying extra attention to serving us hot meals in zero degrees. I was skeptical of booking this houseboat but glad I went ahead with it. Pictures definitely do not do any justice to this wonderful experience. Would highly recommend this houseboat.

The stay at houseboat was excellent the rooms washroom the entire common area was very beautiful and proper feel of local kashmiri house boat. The staff is very helpful and friendly and ready ro go out of the way to solve an issue i had. Excellent property food and amenities at very good location

We had a warm and hospitable stay at jacqueline. The place itself is rustic and very well maintained. The owner and his son were very kind and welcoming to us. The staff, service and food was lovely, a must stay.

the boat was really beautiful. travelling with small kids, we were really concerned about the cleanliness of the place as it is supposed to be fully carpeted. and we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness we saw. the food served also had a homely touch and they were ready to cater to our small request. all in all it was a pleasant and comfortable stay 🙂

I booked this houseboat after reading a touching review from a previous guest, Sue. I was a solo female traveler from the United States, and I stayed here for one night and absolutely loved the houseboat. It is luxury on water. The bedroom and entire boat is filled with traditionally intricate hand carved wooden furniture and hand-stitched textiles. The view from my bedroom and from around the houseboat was so scenic. The service provided by the staff was excellent— they were very attentive and made me feel like family; Munir was the star of the ship. I felt completely safe and was well looked after. I booked both breakfast and dinner. Both were amazing and offered a good variety of traditional dishes which were all delicious. I later met the owner, Maqsood, and his family and they were all very nice. I highly recommend this houseboat and will definitely be returning.

Really clean and excellent accommodation staff were courteous and professional and very attentive to details and they made our stay very memorable very nice food and breakfast served would like to recommend this to friends who would like to visit srinagar

Amazing hospitality, the food is very home like and the boat is beautiful. The morning view and the peace is worth it.

Stay was good and whole team was very friendly and service was above and beyond. Om-er was really very good and assisted us in every aspect of our stay. Just that water pressure was very low in bathroom and a small medical kit should be there on-premisee.

The houseboat is located in serene and calm nigeen lake, away from the hustle bustle of the city crowd. Must give 5 stars to its location ! special mention for the warm hospitality by the owner and staff muneer. Food quality, ambience, room cleanliness were all top notch ! a must stay paradise in srinagar. Cheers

Stay is good but could be better. Service was top notch no doubt it's located in the nagieen lake quite and amazing view. But i did find it expensive for the night. Well probably because it was season time but comparatively i found it expensive over all a decent stay.

Property location was awesome and serene. Staff was quite amenable and trained. Food quality was perfect and everything was so scrumptious. Dinning area ambience is nice where you will like you are having a meal in kingdom )

Our houseboat was very beautifully furnished. They had provided plenty of warm blankets and covers. It also had a great hot-and-cold ac that they kept at 30 degrees c, so we felt very warm and comfortable, in our room as well as the common areas. Jehangirbhai kept us very comfortable, getting me some namkeen chai specially upon request in the morning. The food was quite good too. We had a good view from the balcony. (this can be tricky; some houseboats are located in awkward places with no view or a view of other houseboats instead of the lake)
