Location is perfect and food is too good(veg). This is my second time at this Houseboat, we have great experience last time but i don't know why this time we don't feel the same. Electricity is not regular and food quantity is a little problem. I know owner will surely improve in this direction.

Dear Gangadhar Ji As we know you came to houseboat around 4:00 without luggage and alone in auto rickshaw and said you family and friends are in hotel and you will come after 2 nights and to which we agreed. And after 2 days you wanted us to refund and you couldn’t come because you said there is traffic jam. Without even staying and experiencing our service you wrote a bad review.

The stay was really terrible. The food was pathetic and moreover the owner or the staff did not even care to ask if anything was needed. The houseboat urgently needs renovation as the beds were broken. The pictures as depicted is far away from the reality.

familyHad a very bad experience in terms of infrastructure and services. The houseboat which is shown in the pics of mm t is not the one which was given to us. It is a sheer cheating. I wonder how mm t lists such houseboat without verification. The pics show a beautiful houseboat whereas the houseboat lacks the basic amenities like bathroom napkin, towels, paper roll, shabby furniture, etc. Services are poor. It took 1 hr to checkin as there is only one caretaker - sheer waste of time. Nothing to eat other than breakdast, lunch and dinner, even on paying extra - have to walk down for 25 min to the market from back side to get something to eat. Houseboat stay is much more costlier than a proper hotel that too without any service quality. People generally stay for half a day or one day, they dont know what to expect from houseboat, they get mesmerised by the natural beauty and the houseboat owners take undue advantage of it by charging exhorbirantly giving no services. Choose to stay in houseboat versus hotel only if you get a good reference of the houseboat directly from your known ones. Avoid this houseboat till they improve their infrastructure and services.

You were informed from makemytrip that you will be given an alternate property for your stay as to which you agreed to mmt and even they gave you the name of the houseboat. So you never stayed with us as we were completely sold out during that period. We would like to host you at our property once and we hope we can make your stay a memorable one.
