Naaz Kashmir (A Luxury Houseboat)

Pros: the boat was clean. Cons: 1. The property is not in dal lake or even near it. 2. I paid 17000rs for one night stay but the service was not that great. 3. Service was like 2000rs property. No water bottle in the room, no electricity, had to ask multiple times to start the back up power. 4. The food quality was average. 5. The variety in breakfast and dinner were not even justified as per the price.

We booked for 4 people which included 2 children aged 8 & 3 years. On requesting an extra bed for child, they straightaway denied saying it is not mentioned in voucher. I fail to understand why did u charge me for this when u failed to provide bed for the child as the main bed is queen size not suitable for 4 people

Location is good. Nice houseboat. Food was fantastic like homemade. Staff very friendly. Service good.

One of the best experiences to have in srinagar and to take in the houseboat experience. The staff at naaz is too good and we were on cloud nine after their homely dinner and breakfast spread. Ten on ten place for me.

Excellent houseboat with great hospitality. Situated in the much less crowded nigeen lake, ideal for people like me who hate crowds

Me with my family stayed there for two nights. Very neat and clean. The hospitality of each and every staff member was really appreciated. The food was awesome. You can ask for customization also according to your preferences. A very peaceful place compared to the dal lake area. If someone is visiting with family and friends and loves to feel the nature must stay at naaz houseboat.

There is safety issue as entrance is weak for kids

There are local electricity issues in houseboat which might lead to some randomly power-outage. They need to come up with proper voltage generators to facilitate outage to whole boat as the existing generator sometimes fluctuates voltages. Moreover there is no soap supply or toothbrush toothpaste or extra bathroom napkins apart from two regular shower towels. However staff is supportive and good so it was pleasant stay but not a luxurious one. They didn’t ask me for free hour of shikara ride as well.

Their hospitality was excellent. Staff was very helpful for everything. Houseboat location was amazing. Stay was very comfortable. Specially the owner was very helpful

They spoiled my vacation, i had mental stress during vacation and loss of valuable family time. I was not provided a luxury house boat which i paid for.

Naaz house boat is very clean. Hospitality was very good. Boat is located at very peaceful location. Care taker was very nice. Dinner was very tasty.

Houseboat located at very peaceful place however i found lack of maintenance as compared to other houseboat at this price. There is no deck provision over which i really didn't like
