Location is so so. Quality of food is worst. Cost of 3 pieces of bread, 4 pieces of pane-er butter masala and few pieces of cucumber was rs. 500- behavior of property owner made us feel that really he is a uncultured king.

Wonderful. Care taker zahid very helping and caring person. We enjoyed a lot our stay here.

The stay at the houseboat was very good. The house boat is on the back row facing houseboats of 3rd row west facing. Morning hours was cool but afternoon was hot. There was some issues to reach houseboat as shikara wants you to take ride then only he give you free crossing to houseboat. Anyway we paid rs 100 then after everything was smooth. Caretaker was very familiar and cooperative and ready to help all the way once we were on the houseboat. Rooms and views was very good compared to same price other houseboats. One can reach to houseboat from gate no. 8 close to good restaurants.

Kings of king house board not available in any type of facility

Customer care and boat house decorations were great. Staffs are pleasant and helpful. Insidide decorations were amazing.

following are the problems happened with me 1.when i called him to inform that we are approaching there he denied to consider my 11 years ward as a child, i said has considered then he replied that this is my property so i will decide and he asked to pay 1000 extra charges but after talking he allowed us. 2. he didn't provide us shikara to reach at the house boat, we suffers at least 1/2 hours and then we had booked a shikara for rs200 to reach there. 3. he provided us only one room to us in his house boat and said that all other rooms are booked and he pressed our half family members to stay in under construction neighbour house boat, nothing was available in neighbour house boat othe than a bad, even there was no glasses fitted in the windows in 4°c temperature. 4. he didn't provide us any kind of shikara to drop or recieve from ghat. we had to pay every time for this 5. at the time of leaving this we had to pay again forced us to pay tip.

He cancel the booking

Experience in hotel not good, hotel not follow booking policy, hotel allotted room other room bellow my booking and say kal khali hone par de dung a aise hi purr samay sub standard room me beet gaya. Place where houseboat situated water of lake is very very dirty compretive to other places of lake

Its very good according to limited buget, especially there is a guy sahil his nature is too good, i highly recommend who have bu-get problm.

Rooms are good and decent. Care taker is very friendly and helps a lot

Loved the houseboat. We stay here for 4 nights and it was a great experience. The people were so polite and the caretaker, zahid was such a sweet guy. Even the owner sat with us and shared his life experiences. Next time i am staying here only.

. The houseboat was not the same as i booked. I booked the king of king's houseboat which But they kept me waiting for 1 hour on the boat and took me to the new poppy day houseboat. Even i had to pay for the shikara crossing which was supposed to be free. The room was not clean and everything seemed dirty. Even the washroom didn't have any soap or tissue. Moreover, the room didn't have water to drink. I had to pay for this. When i refuse to take this room they asked me to cancel the booking and find somewhere else. I couldn't cancel cause i had already paid for this and crossed the timeline to cancel. I would not recommend this houseboat to anyone.

The owner of the house boat is good person and provide all feslites in low budget its good experience

Boat house was not so clean. Dusts at every places and carpets where also very old. Wood sound from floor while walking was very annoying. This boathouse is of a group called kings of kings.Like the once they allotted to us was back side of dal lake which was of no use as there was no proper view or anything. It was just like i slept and came from a old cranking boat house

I stayed with family for one night on 1st may 2022. 1. The houseboat is well maintained and clean 2. Food was tasty 3. The houseboat owner / manager mr. Prince is very helpful. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

I was on a lock-down time but the host and staff were very co operative and had even thier family to share food with us

Mohammad isu, prince ahmad and z aid provided good and hygienic food. Hospitality was good, hotel staff was very helpful. It's cheap and affordable stay for couples and family. We liked most and stay was awesome. Please visit to have dal lake view and shikara rides.
