Very nice houseboat. Peaceful & well maintained. Staff is generous as well. Great food. Zoohur & irshad do a good job in helping you around. Well managed by mr. Mubarak.

The location was a bit long to reach than othr houseboats. Room services such as heater and hot water were not continuously running and that was a trouble in winters like this.

It was a peaceful area and very easy to locate the hotel. There are 15 gates in Dal Lake and the easiest way to reach the hotel is mentioned on MMT. The room was really good, neat and clean. The washroom was hygienic. The owner was very helpful. Anybody want to visit here, please make sure to have a postpaid number because the prepaid number doesn't work in Kashmir.
