Our stay at this place was fantastic, we occupied all the rooms and the rooms were clean and clean toilets too, the food was good and tasty, as we had dinner and breakfast. The staff rashid was very helpful and helped us. The owner fahad was also a decent gentleman and was friendly and accompanied us on the shikara tides. I would recommend this place. We enjoyed our stay and would want to come back again

The best house boat in kashmir. All the staff are very polite, cooperative, and humble. The rooms are very neat and clean. The food is very tasty. I strongly recommend the house boat for enjoying the view of dal lake.

The stay at shabnam houseboat was pure bliss - everything at the houseboat is top notch, starting with the extremely attentive service and housekeeping to the decor of the houseboat- both the rooms and the common areas are extremely well done. In fact the service and decor here matches any five star chain you can think of. A word of praise for the food and restaurant staff, they are so welcoming and the food is so good that one ends up overeating each meal. House boat is good except the food quality rest everything is good with shabnam

A very thoughtfully designed place, with all the amenities, gives you privacy. While being in the beautiful dal lake which i personally feel better than the other lake areas. The person who abides and is the owner of the property has been a wonderful host for sure. 24 hours room heater, electricity, bathtub, hot water, great service in the room. It’s just 4 rooms in the houseboat and one dining room and a beautiful living room. The food was good and the room service is better than good hotels in the srinagar area. A special plus point is the caretaker, mr. Salim and maqbool uncle. They win you over with their charming behavior. Goes out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Their presence is a big positive about this place. Great value for money. Would highly recommend, one of the best and safe place. Overall awesome stay.

The fact that this houseboat is gorgeous with all the intricate cedarwood carvings, perfectly adorned interiors coupled with an amazing view of the mighty Himalayas doesn't even begin to describe why I'm in love with this place. As soon as we reached the dock, we were greeted by an entourage of staff and were seated in the houseboat Front Area with a nice hot cup of Kahwa and assorted cookies. The owner personally greeted us and as we spoke about our trip,we instantly knew we were going to enjoy every bit of our experience in the houseboat. The owner spoke to us for a good hour about his travels and experiences about the world and personally made sure we were taken care of with a scrumptious Kashmiri dinner. The chef also delivered on our dessert request. The staff were so polite and welcoming and took care of our every need no matter what. There's something to say about the hospitality & extreme kindness of the Kashmiri people and this place definitively deserves an award for the best hospitality ever. I definitely recommend this place, not just for the experience of staying in a luxurious and well maintained houseboat, but for everything in between. I promise your heart will be full with love for the people of Kashmir and you'll want to come back for more because of how well the owner and the staff take care of you at the Shabnam Group of Houseboats 🚢⛵!

I booked a hotel charges are too cheap so i want confirmation to hotelier but he talk too much rudely and use abuse word. Seriously i m very disappoint please do no go any one in this hotel i am humbly request u to any one.
