Heritage Shreen Houseboat

very bad experience, service is poor, nobody is there to attend you,no towel,no soap,no shower kit,there is nothing,food facilities also not available on time.

Hospitality and ambience was very nice. Homemade food is awesome. We faced issue regarding one room because as per host mm t team didn’t intimate them about booking till only 2 days before and the host had already took booking on offline mode. So we couldn’t get the room we paid for, and i couldn’t get help from mm t as my registered mob no was not working in srinagar but host tried to compensate it with one room at their house at back side of houseboat.

Very very unsafe i had to leave the place before my checkout due to safety of me and my family these guys provide zero safety to the couple. They have 2 3 bedrooms in one house boat in which they provide every single room to another person without look out a safety for the couple. In my case they provide my near room to the couple of guys i think 3 4 men who are drinking all night smoking all night shouting and talking like crazy all night. Even we can't lockout our room also properly because of the property is not up to date. Conclusion not for the couples zero safety.

Had a terrible experience while studying here, very unprofessional and rude people, don't know how to treat customers. They think you are second grade people. Stayed without any light all night, not clean lineing provided. Very very disappointed stay.

Every thing was very bad, no electrycity- no comfort beddings. Just terrible experience of my life.😡

Room and facilities were totally different from the pictures.

In compensation they gave 2 rooms in st. Jam-es houseboat, which was of 6000, but we paid more than 16000 for that. We accept those rooms so that we were very much late with family and small children. Our phones were not working. We expect cooperation and refund from you

Average stay. Small rooms. not all amenities present which shows. Its location is on the back side of Dal Lake. I book 2 rooms but one room is given in shreen and one in another boat.

Houseboat was good but it is costly and there is no fecelity like 3 star.

I and my wife stayed in heritage shreen for one night. This is very good house boat, very clean and all facilities are available. Food quality is very good, service is very quick and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

These guys really understand the meaning of the word hospitality. Nothing is too much for them and i never saw the smile waver from any of thier faces for all the time i was there. They treat you so well that one actually feels bad while leaving for home. The food too was quiet good and my parents liked the fact that they could phulkas here. All in all one of the best places to stay in srinagar and quiet an experience. I hope to come back soon. Ps they also have a motor boat for pick and drop at all times.

A quite and safe place i went there for a night during my journey in kashmir. The rooms are huge well furnished and well kept. All persons working there are very kind an helpful. I really appreciated the food especially the breakfast with a lot of fresh fruits. The owner mr bashir it’s a a real gentleman taking care of customer like they could be their relatives. I highly recommend this place.

It was a great experience here, the services and ambience is also great, mr. Bilal, helped a lot to make the arrangements for celebrating my father's birthday. He's really been helpful to us. It was a great time here, very grateful to all the staff.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. O mar and sana helped me throughout the trip. Jahengir also helped me to get my medicine at late night. Staff helped me in every possible way. As i was solo traveller, i was very comfortable here.

The rooms v ere very clean and the hospitality was awesome. The houseboat staff were very helpful and courteous. The restaurant was well equipped and the food was good as well. Overall a very present stay would recommend for a stay in srinagar
