Worst experience ever, i suggest noone to come here. The supervisor is a female and very rude. We as a family was stuck, the tables are broken, you cant take shoes inside your hotel room lol where it is super dirty.

Really an unique experience in an island of famous dal lake of kashmir, floating market (mina bazaar) can be watched from the room. Rooms of the hotel are made of wooden structure, everyday boating experience for in & out to the hotel.

It was one of the worst experiences i ever had. The hotel is between the lake and they didn’t even provide boat, which additionally costed us rs. 800. Building conditions is pathetic, there are for the sake of making against 0 zero values to customers. There was always a frequent power cuts and they had no properpower backup. Room was extremely cold, no heater, they provided electric blanket thought which never worked in last 5 days because of power outage.

Dear Guest, First of all it's a budget category Hotel now you are talking about hotel location so let me tell you one thing we already mentioned it's inside dal lake ,may be you was looking only cheap rates 400- per room per night so you didn't notice about the hotel location, and we didn't charge you additional anything sir we provide you crossing service too but you are asking to cross you approx 20 times in day so it's wrong sir and you asking to provide you shikara ride complimentary? Which is not included and one more thing we provide you a heating blanket the charges are 500- but we provide you free you can check. Amenities too. Last about a powercut in kashmir there are power cuts because it's schedule is govt procedure but we provide you with a backup facility as well. Anyway Thanks for your kind words .

Cool and calm environment inside dal lake, isolated from main road. Hospitality and support of staffs were good. Available hot water and cold water supply was very helpful in cold weather. Finally, room was budget friendly and soacious.
