We stay at New Dera House Boat, They told us that it's a part of New Alexandra House Boats. Our House Boat is very nice. Clean, food was good but the bed is not so good. The blankets were smelling badly. Otherwise all good. Behavior & service was also good. It's New Dera House Boat, part of New Alexandra House Boats....👆

familyStay and boat was good. Caretaker mr rasid was very helpful and nice person. Face some issue from owner of houseboat as no body picking up phone. Landline was out of order and mobile phone no response

couple1. Starting from the pickup, they made us wait for around 30 mins at the ghat 2. Room was okay but the washrooms were in terrible condition 3. They told us that we have free shikara included but charged us once the ride got completed 4. Most of the appliances in room were not working including television, kettle, few lights etc. 5. While the scheduled time for breakfast was 8:30 am, we were served the breakfast @ 9:30am after waiting for an hour

Staff are polite however not professional. Lack of staff at the house boat. Food is pricey. Renovation is required for the property. Not too much satisfied with this property in such price.
