hayat group of houseboats

i have booked a deluxe two room and there’s no electricity im not able to charge my mobile phone….water leakage i have attached photos dont know how to bath the water is not flowing through tap but from the joint….windows doors looks like a 1990s houseboat….bolt for the door (kundi ) is also not proper have to hold the door upwards with a lot of force to lock the door….no handwash empty jars…..zero ambience also recently two weeks ago i visited kashmir and i booked houseboat directly and they were nice and budget friendly but the houseboat i booked through makemy trip is worthless its better if i had booked a hotel addition to all these problems whole night i spend with cold feet there’s no electric blanket or anything so that i can warm myself here in kashmir there’s 3degrees at night and a normal average 1star 500rs room has heating system and if not then they have atleast the electric blanket worth rs 1000 moreover this houseboat has this old water heating rod maybe thats why water has some strange smell i have attached a lot of photos but if you want any other videos for my accusation i have the whole album

It was a beautiful boat house with proper facilities.. has a magnificent living room.it was quite comfortable.. Mattress heaters are available Hot water facility is also available along with very good washroom Smart TV and wifi are also available Food is delicious 😋

Exact opposite to ghat no 8 and next to s bi floating atm and all facilities available at houseboat. The interior is amazing with proper heating facilities and food. Also good

Worst house boat experience. Never book with hay-at group. They asked us to check in at a different house boat which was in bad condition and the owner of that house boat was a rude person. Zero hospitality

The images were deceiving and the hotel was not at all what was shown in the photos. It was very dirty and shabby. Terrible experience i do not recommend this hotel at all.

The worst houseboat ever seen, no proper sanitation facilities. The name is different and it is mentioned in the mm t as hay-at group of houseboats which is confusing and i got the worst experience. I will personally never ever recommend this houseboat and booking through mm t as they misguide it by the name.

The fact that this houseboat is gorgeous with all the intricate cedarwood carvings, perfectly adorned interiors coupled with an amazing view of the mighty Himalayas doesn't even begin to describe why I'm in love with this place. As soon as we reached the dock, we were greeted by an entourage of staff and were seated in the houseboat Front Area with a nice hot cup of Kahwa and assorted cookies. The owner personally greeted us and as we spoke about our trip,we instantly knew we were going to enjoy every bit of our experience in the houseboat. The owner spoke to us for a good hour about his travels and experiences about the world and personally made sure we were taken care of with a scrumptious Kashmiri dinner. The chef also delivered on our dessert request. The staff were so polite and welcoming and took care of our every need no matter what. There's something to say about the hospitality & extreme kindness of the Kashmiri people and this place definitively deserves an award for the best hospitality ever. I definitely recommend this place, not just for the experience of staying in a luxurious and well maintained houseboat, but for everything in between. I promise your heart will be full with love for the people of Kashmir and you'll want to come back for more because of how well the owner and the staff take care of you at the Hayat Group of Houseboats 🚢⛵!

Will recommend everyone to book this and enjoy the hospitality of kashmir at its best. First time living in a houseboat and honestly loved the surrounding, loved the atmosphere over here. Really satisfied with what we got and i really appreciate it way too much. Keep it well, everything is well organized too so yea i absolutely loved it. Last but not the least we got to meet some amazing people who know how to treat people well. Thanks to you mr fa-had for arranging the trip for us and thanks to chacha for making our stay comfortable, my son had an amazing time with you. Pro tip - book shikara ride in advance. Mr fa-had will help to get a good deal. And for smokers, dont miss kesar paan shisha when you visit dal lake )

I am happy to give more than 5 stars to this houseboat if i could. Starting with check-in everything was smooth. Our concierge, dear bhai totally spoiled us with his amazing service. The owner of this houseboat, himself visited to know if everything was going good and were we satisfied or not. The candle light dinner decorated by dear bhai and the cake were way more than expected. We were just speechless. Peaceful location! service is top notch! very accommodating!truly appreciate his excellent service etiquettes.
