Probably one of the worst house boats out there. There was no room heating service, they just provided each with a stupid hot water bag. No lights in the dining room. Barely any charging ports working inside the room. There was no water supply at all either. They just provided us with a bucket of cold water and expected us to survive on that in that freezing cold temperature. This really wasn't suited for the stay of a human.

when I get into room. it seems like room has not been opened since ages,so smelly,so suffocating,no drainage system in bathroom you have to bath in bath tub only. House boat entry was so pathetic and risky for kids. not so clean. I booked and was not able to reach at the given time. my booking was modified to the next day and I appreciated that. but still I didn't stay there after watching the condition of the room.

Worst experience, damaged property, zero facility

Damaged furniture, pathetic condition of bathrooms, decades old mattress (extremely hard and uncomfortable, no proper door closing bolts available, safety is zero nobody stays at the property after check-in, useless staff, least cooperative and will harass you as a tourist. Beware. Don’t book this houseboat even if you get as cheap as rs. 1000 per room

It's my life s worst experience

It's very bad, terrible and class four experience of my life. They say it's deluxe house boat, we experience it's below average. I paid for bf, lunch and dinner and they denied to pay any thing. Even i paid rs 3500 extra.

Dear sir, as I remembered you when you didn't checkin In houseboat you call makemytrip that the property is not sending us shikara you was in pahalgam but tell lie property is not sending shikara to pick us from pahalgam to our property distance is approx 97 km so how possible that anyway we just quite because may be you didn't know the distance second thing when we send you shikara to pick you but you said give us shikara ride which is not included den again lie this boat is not taj palace boat we booked with map plan but your booking with us was cp den again lie and saying too much and misbehaving if it's not this boat why don't you leaved that time from our boat. Dear guest, first their is huge difference between hostel and houseboat ? at a traditional hostel, you will share a room and bathroom with multiple people for lower prices. This differs from a traditional stay at a houseboat, where you will have your own room, bathroom, and more amenities. I hope you understand the difference now. In 1000- with free breakfast complimentary +room you booked for 2 person but came 3 person what you expecting more in just for 1000- you play the reputation of our houseboat if you need taj vivanta facilities and amenities den you should go their and book that one. We always give our best to our customer but still for some rewards they play reputations that's not always good, anyway thanks for the feed back.

Dear guest, as expected from your side as i remembered you were 8 girls first you have booked only for 5 people but you came 8 people even we didn't charge you anything for the extra person we provide you all from our side blower, hot bottle also fire pot. And it's our duty and responsibility to provide our best to customers but as expected from your side this is because you were saying that. Worst hotel no stairs we have claimed 4 to 5 feet n go n in retrun we have jump its was very dangerous for ladies lot of mosquitoes as many times lights goes no inverter faclity. Worst condition fan n light spider web all in room waste of money

familyThis houseboat had big room, but it doesn't allow balcony access to all guests as they have converted the common area to a room. The approach to this hotel via a shikara from gate no 16 is super good. It's close to the floating market and the area is very lit. We reached back after a long shikara ride at 10 pm and it was bright and safe. But i would recommend any other nearby boat as they were better maintained. To enter the rooms you have to take a lilo jump from the deck which is okay for youngsters but hard for elderly citizens. All in all a good experience with view n location and accessibility, but average experience with deck and balcony access

We have requested to hotelier to charge extra amount and provide us some heater for heating as the temperature is -4 deg. C. But the hotelier simply denied and even didint provided the minimal facility. Hence i request all my friend to be aware from online booking of hotels
