property's location and services are good but food is not good.

Very bad experience no staff is there to entertain

The stay is a very good hospital service clean and well maintained people Nazir is very good human being he will welcome you with smile and open heart

We stayed for 1 day and very satisfied with services. Rooms and washrooms are very clean & hygienic. Heater facility also available at night & best view of houseboat in the morning. Staff nature was so humble he take care of us. Must book and experience.

Room heaters are not working. My parents are senior citizens and they are shivering in cold. I am afraid their health might deteriorate as the night progresses. Two of my family members have already left the houseboat in the evening as they were unable to adjust in the cold and their health had already got worse. When we raised the complaint right now, both the owner and the caretaker are not taking any responsibilty. They are asking us to book another hotel and shift right away. How can we shift at this odd hour? we didn't even get ample food. However we adjusted. But there's no cooperation from anyone.

Our two-day stay at Lake Victoria Group of Houseboat on the Dal Lake on 12th and 13th October, 2024 was very enjoyable and pleasant. The caretaker of the houseboat, Manzoor Bhai was very hospitable, courteous and very obliging --- ever ready to attend to all our needs. His warmth and helpfulness was more than enough to beat the cold of the Dal Lake. Our son enjoyed his company thoroughly. The breakfasts and dinners were all delicious and right on time. The interior décor of the houseboat’s lounge is aesthetically very pleasing and Kashmiri chic. All standard amenities including hot and cold running water are available in the houseboat

The boat is perfectly maintained with the most professional and friendly staff. They make sure you are comfortable and have a pleasant stay. The food served is delicious and can be customised according to your taste.

The houseboat was very comfortable to stay in. The carving inside the houseboat was beautiful and very intricate. The views from the deck was magical. The caretaker hamid was very helpful and courteous. The food served was also good.

The bathroom was smelly, the room did not have ac. They were asking for money every time we asked them something. They are forcing us to go outside and eat. When we said we wanted to eat in the boat itself, then they charged 500 per person. We have a 1 year old baby so we have given that amount. It is not possible every time to go out and eat.

Awesome place to be in, a must visit, location, rooms, food everything is perfect. The hospitality is to the next level. Special mention of ham-id bhai who was very courteous and humble and took care of everything and made our stay comfortable. Worth every penny you spend for the stay. Highly recommended

The stay was good however there was an issue with hot water. The caretaker was rude. Apart from that the room was comfortable and cozy.

The rooms were very small and congested, there was no electricity for majority of the say. And no food options.

Excellent service. They will provide a pick up and drop service too. They ate always pick up your call. Very cooperative. Friendly nature.

The location of the house boat is good and the manager javed ji is a very caring person to guide us during the stay. Rooms are big and comfortable, furnished with good fittings. Suggest to provide more decorations on front side and deck area to have more pleasant sitting in evening.
