Staying was very average, no fridge in the room . Dinner was below average and service need to be improve .

The room was not satisfactory. The furniture was broken, the washroom was very small, and it was not worth the amount they were charging.

Property is recommended by friends. Its good . Food is good. My suggestion is add some live snacks like paratha dosa in breakfast.

Booking for super delux provided only simple room with dirty bathroom Breakfast ordinary over all facilities not matching with three star

Rooms are ok. Good Veg food. If you are vegetarian, one of the stay and food option for you Towels provided in bathroom were not good.

Room can be made better. We ordered separately room slippers and dental kit which should be there in the room. The hotel breakfast buffet was excellent. It was good that it served only pure vegetarian dishes. The room was beautiful. It was located in market and thus view was not good. Service can faster. Overall we had a good experience.

This property is quite good and it is walking distance from dal lake. Staff is very polite and helpful. Restaurant has is only vegetarian options. The famous veg joint, krishna dhaba, is right acros the street form the hotel! one side of the hotel faces a hospital so avoid rooms in that wing of the hotel. View from window is in the hospital rooms which may not be vacation-friendly to some travellers.
