Room can be made better. We ordered separately room slippers and dental kit which should be there in the room. The hotel breakfast buffet was excellent. It was good that it served only pure vegetarian dishes. The room was beautiful. It was located in market and thus view was not good. Service can faster. Overall we had a good experience.

familyThis property is quite good and it is walking distance from dal lake. Staff is very polite and helpful. Restaurant has is only vegetarian options. The famous veg joint, krishna dhaba, is right acros the street form the hotel! one side of the hotel faces a hospital so avoid rooms in that wing of the hotel. View from window is in the hospital rooms which may not be vacation-friendly to some travellers.
