Staff is helpful,the only problem is it is above dal lake,you have to use boat everytime you want to go towards main road.

Dear esteemed guest, you had booked budget room but I provided you the standard room.wifi was working, Electricity has cut-off every were in kashmir.we have provided you the best quality food.there was no rats in room if there was rat you have to raise complain that time at reception. And why you have then given 4 star rating if have bad experience.

I had a great stay at New Green View Hotel in Srinagar. The place was comfortable and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay in the city. What truly made the experience special was Parvaiz A. Dar — an amazing and cooperative person. His hospitality, friendly nature, and constant efforts made the stay feel more like home. The hotel is located at the Dal lake so location is good but most of the rooms don’t have a good view of lake. Access to hotel is by small open boat. The service is good especially Mr. Parvez was prompt and polite. The condition of rooms is ok. I paid only Rs. 650 for a night. So it was fine for what I paid.
