This homestay is little far from the main city. Caretaker is of very good behavior. Rooms are spacious and cleaned.

The stay was great, we had good homely food. The host are really nice people & help with everything (right from vehicle booking to suggesting good itinerary) the location is just walking distance from nigen lake. Please note, this is not a hotel but a home stay so if you expect hotel like services it won’t match your requirements but for homestay it’s perfect

Cool place for stay little away from city and nothing much to explore nearby. Food was ok linen for bed and bath could have been better. Person at property was cooperative and helpful.

Location : difficult to access - one star food : quality ok. Rate extremely high - two stars amenities : good - three star services : very good - four stars recommendation to others : definitely not. - zero star.

At mm t app it was mentioned that this hotel is situated near dal lake, only at a distance of 580 meters but in reality it was situated nearly 10 km away from dal lake at very outer place. And only one person was there at hotel. There was a feeling of insecurity, so we didn't stay there. I asked for refund but they told me that it's not refundable. It was total waste of money as we didn't stay there. We didn't stay there due to security issue.

Property is good but little inside. The care taker helped us in locating the property. Food and hospitality was excellent

I my homestay is a nice homely place with good bedding and heating facilities. The caretakers mr. Imtiyaz and mr. Naseer are really nice people who are really working hard towards customer satisfaction and are really helpful people who make your stay really memorable. The food is very nice. You can get homely nice kashmiri food which are really delicious and very affordable. A must go for a peaceful and nice stay in kashmir.

Perfect for solo and family stay

Though we checked in late and checked out early morning, the stay was very comfortable. The homestay is in the interior area but I am sure you would love the place as we did once you reach there. The house does give a homely feeling and the people there are very warm and loving. Absolutely loved every bit of it. Thank you 😊

Very beautiful house imbued with traditiomal kashmiri decoration. Very warm reception of the host made me feel homely. Nigeen lake is just a walk away from the location. I stayed there for 4 days.

Food hygiene staff and the property everything this just up to the mark value for money

Location: i my homestay as described is offbeat and at a 5 mins walking distance to nigeen lake, which is away from the city hustle and provides a calm and peaceful experience. Food: special thanks to our caretaker nasir ji, who took extra efforts to learn my style of cooking and provided us daily with yummy homemade food. I will be back to srinagar just to have his special khawa once again.

The stay was good. Host were very kind and helpful. We had a lovely evening snacks and dinner. Over all it was perfect. Everything was good. No more points to add. Overall stay was good.
