Very beautiful experience welcoming staff & so clean no issue from day one to the last day all amenities working

It was a very good stay. Very helpful good staff. The food is tasty and the hotel interiors are beautiful

We stayed there for one night, pleasant stay, clean rooms, we didn’t had any food there so can’t comment on that

I like the stay at rose petal but price is high. Food is good, good behavior of staffs but no swimming pool and other amenities

Hotel room was average. Tv was not recharged. I don’t think floor carpets are cleaned often. Rest room floors are still can be maintained well. There are damaged corner floors. Just 2 half ltr bottle water they have given. Next day morning we asked for water and they charged 60rs.

Stay at hotel rose petals was so pleasant and satisfying and staff was very humble and helpful.

We asked to change the date they dint even consider and almost 6000+ rs loss for us as a regular customer to make my trip they also dint consider very disappointed

Located at a peaceful place. Not far from the main market area. Breakfast was good but options were limited.

Staff in the restaurant are very rude! food is average! hotel location is average. But house keeping staff and hotel front desk were nice

The room was clean and cozy. The staff was very courteous and cooperative. Food options have to increase and the taste needs improvement. Breakfast has adequate options and is tasty. The location of the hotel is very good in the heart of the city. Dal lake is close by.

The hotel staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was good with a good variety of food. The room was nice and clean and there was hot water available. Hotel is a bit inside in an alley so we had some difficulty in locating the hotel. Hotel should put one sign on the alley's entrance so that it will be easy to find. I stayed with my family for 3 nights at this hotel.

Best part of hotel. 1. Very good air-conditioning with good heating in winter season. Not like conventional heater where you suffocate. 5 star to the property for maintaining the electricity and air-conditioning heating. 2. Best hospitality, front desk all employee are star of property (night and day) 3. Best room service specially our experience with night shift guy he is so quick and friendly.

Food is non hygienic and we suffered lot. We are asking doctor and near by any hospital but they are not bothering and any of the our request. Water bottle also charged. Hotel staff not cooperating for our emergency. Hotel rooms are good but when no hygienic food and non cooperation of hotel staff if emergency required there is no meanings to stay that hotel

We were in the suite, place was neat and hygienic. Spacious room and roomy suite.
