Ms Nupur Chaudhary Is a Criminal!
Ms Nupur Chaudhary somehow hacked my wife’s credit card booked flights for 2 & then booked a nights accommodation at your establishment. If she left her home address & phone number, I’d love to hear from you! I replied to your “Welcome” email when she booked in, saying all of the above. Jannat-e-Kashmir!
The location was good and the view of the mountain was really pretty from our room. The rooms were really spacious and could easily accommodate my family and I. The food was good and the welcome drink, Kashmiri Kahwa was absolutely delicious! It was served in a beautiful cup and tasted absolutely awesome! It took me to heaven! Overall the stay was pleasant and good! People should visit Kashmir before their chance goes. Kashmir has absolutely nothing to worry about, the situation is completely normal, so book your tickets and go to Jannat!

Excellent Stay
Fortune Heevan resort is located in a great location. The rooms were ultra clean and had all facilities. Food and hospitality in the resort/restaurant is too good too.

Excellent Stay
The itc heevan hotel in srinagarv is a fantastic property. Very well maintained rooms, spacious lawns, badminton courts, gym and excellent service by the staff. It is close to dal lake and other sightseeing points like nishat garden etc. Overall, a must stay place and we will definitely recommend strongly.

The hotel is a old place. It is not renovated as per the current standard. Good and helpful staff. Would love if the rooms were well upgraded! the location is not so good

Terrible experience
family1. Very far from dal 2 dinner just ok but very costly 3 hired cab, for full day but we were not allowed to visit two view points, nobody from hotel informed us, half day got wasted and bad experience. Over experience was bad

Terrible Stay
coupleITC FORTUNE Srinagar was all together a pathetic stay.. 1. Water kettle’s lid was broken.. asked for a change got the second one also broken. 2. Phone in the shower area was broken was lying down on the floor 3. we wanted to weigh our bags.. but the weighing scale wasn’t working too.. 4. Asked for greentea sachets they handed over kawa saying we dont keep greentea bags.. 5. Visited Peshwari for dinner.. A. Inattentive staff didn’t take our order specifications properly B. Food quality & presentation very low very very low!! Waste of money After all this we asked for better room the manager very arrogantly turned us down by saying we cannot.
