Staff Lacks courtesy. The Wi-Fi was not working. There was regular electricity fluctuation. For checkout, which was scheduled at 11 AM, they started calling me started at 10 AM and called more than three times, which was frustrating because we’re getting ready for checkout.

1. The entrance and front lawns are covered with overgrown foliage...looks ill kept. 2. The resraurant shared that they came across multiple rotten eggs while making an omlette..which caused a delay of about 15 to 20 mins for one omlette. This was worrying, more for the rotten eggs than the time taken.

Bloom dal lake is a perfect hotel for family stay. I am travelling solo to srinagar and being good allergic to many foods I was served breakfast as per my requirement. It has clean and hygenic rooms. Staff is very polite yet very professional in their work.

Bloom, Dal Lake is a newly opened property with a breath taking view of the Dal Lake. We changed our hotel and stayed there for 2 nights and then again for 1 night. Their breakfast spread is pretty good especially the server Bilquis is very helpful. Make sure to check the room and ask them to clean stuff is there is anything that's left unclean. Overall a comfortable stay with bang opposite to Dal Lake Ghar no. 3 and proximity to good eateries.
