MountView Pahalgam(Riverside)

The Location is in the heart of the city and also by the side of the river with green lawn to spend the evening and also provide good food for the guests.

Less said the better, too exhausted from the poor stay experience to narrate the woes. Very poor service, hotel falling apart. The only good hi g is the location, by the river and the main drag. See attached pictures of the muddy hot water we got in the bathroom.

Horrible rooms , wifi does't work in heritage room and service was very poor not worth it please don't visit

Best location in Pehalgam. Everything managed outstanding. No words to say. It is worth to stay in this property.

The lawn and outdoor area are well-maintained and give a nice first impression. However, the rooms don’t feel tidy — the old curtains and overall setup don’t provide a fresh or welcoming vibe. Another major inconvenience was the lack of hot water in the morning; I had to leave the tap running for more than 30 minutes before any hot water became available. On the positive side, the staff were polite and helpful, which made the stay a bit better.

Hotel is good but staff lacks basic hotel ethics. On arrival we were not provided with fruit basket, welcome drink. First day water bottles were there but they were never replenished on self. Everything we had to request. Mats and sofa covers were untidy. Even towels, basic sanitary things were old and not replaced. Toiletries were old i.e. half used by someone else. Towards the end of stay, almost every staff was looking for tip, where as no one woke us even though we had requested the same. I would prefer Agoda or Booking next time as experience with MMT was just average.

Property is good near bus stand rooms r good with good mountain view n breath taking valley view... Food is excellent ....only what we missed was Airconditioner in this hot climate ..overall highly recommended..!

Hotel location is amazing, close to mountains, river and at the same time close to market. Property is bit old therefore you find some wear and tear in your room and washroom. little lack of maintenance. staff was good, helpful. Overall it was good experience but could be excellent.
