Hotel Hilltop

Staff very hospitable...Rooms comfortable but washrooms need upgradation..My special mention for the food which was amazing

Very good hospitality specially after the pahalgam incident. They are extra careful. Gave us free upgrades. And are going out of their way to welcome tourists. But apart from all of that. Its located in walking distance from the gondola. And the view of the golf course, the meadows and the mountains with the pine trees at such a location with spa and a brilliant fingerlicking restaurant is the talk.

Needs major improvement in Rooms and Food as we compare with rates. Not a value for money, location is good, rest all are average

Good experience and courteous staff but there was some cats there on roof bcoz of which we had to change the room plus in the morning there was too much noise bcoz of the fellow room mates and nobody was there to maintain some decorum

i had a very nice stay. the property was located in the heart of gulmarg which made it the stay even more beautiful

Stayed at Hilltop Hotel, Gulmarg. While it's marketed as a 4-star property, Upholstery, mattresses, and quilts are all below average, and the food quality needs serious improvement. Housekeeping is decent, and the location is definitely a plus. Overall, not up to expectations for the price.

This is a value for money accommodation. Clean rooms, good food & very helpful staff. The only drawback is that their are no ACs in the rooms. It gets hot in the summer during the day though its cool at night if you open the windows. The staff provided fans but they were not enough. Despite this, I can stay hotel again unless there is a hotel that has ACs in rooms.

The property location is good, the services and amenities The stay experience was alright but the food wasn’t as good.

Location is too good and easily approachable. You will find gondola and other amenities nearby. Food was fantastic.

The experience was fine in all , the location was very good , food was decent but there was no gymnastics & spa facility as provided on website and portal. At all experience was Average

SIR I HAVE BOOKED TWO DAYS STAY .BUT FOOD IS AVERAGE QUALITY. ROOM IS SPACIOUS BUT THEIR IS ONE SPECIFIC STAFF MEMBER MANIPULATED THE GOVT DOCTOR AND FORCE TO LEAVE THE ROOM . MY MOTHER'S OXYGEN DOWN AND THEIR IS NO MEDICAL ARRANGEMENTS . AT LAST WE STAY ONLY ONE DAY . AND TERMINATE OUR JOURNEY IN MID .THANKS

Great location, exceptional service, amazing ambience, delicious and varied cuisine and most of all, courteous, efficient, pleasant and helpful staff!

We stayed for a night with family . Our room was upgraded to Suite room with Mountain View . Service was excellent and staff were very polite and helpful . Room and premises were very well maintained ..

The room was spacious, but it lacked a sense of luxury and felt rather empty. The shelf below the TV unit was loose and seemed like it could fall off, which indicates that the rooms could use some renovation. Overall, the room didn’t quite justify the price we paid. The hotel’s location was decent, though the arrival area felt quite congested. We only had breakfast at the hotel, and the options were fairly limited. However, the check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, which we appreciated.

average stay...not great ...so so...th food too...not a great buffet spread fr th amount of money paid...
