Location very good, room size small but there good heater and hot water so we can ignore room size and easy to reach Snow location and enjoy no need to go Gondola

The rooms are quite comfortable, featuring 24-hour hot water from the geyser. Room has heater, which operates from the evening until 10 in the morning, or whenever it snows. The food is satisfactory; for breakfast, there are two choices: bread omelette or a loo paratha, accompanied by tea or coffee. Dinner offers a variety of options, including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The hotel boasts a prime location, conveniently close to markets, cafes, and the jeep point.

As i enter the hotel & asked for my booking the staff was unaware about my booking when i showed them the booking confirmation they said its not confirmed. That scared me for a while but then they gave me the room. I booked the one with valley view but they didn’t gave me that saying its not available.

Hotel was good but one request from my side that cable connection for tv is to be provided

Stayed in the location for only one night however it was such a beautiful experience. The owner made sure that we are comfortable and provided all the basic amenities. Also you’ll get the best room view along with all the restaurant just outside the hotel. Overall great experience

Plus- very helpful staff. Decent cozy rooms with an amazing view (ask for the mountain facing rooms while booking if possible. Good hot water and heater facility in room minus- small rooms and not very clean bathrooms

Nice, clean & spacious room with a view to die for, centrally located in main market, reasonable rates, very warm & welcoming hospitality by the hosts, amazing delicious hot, piping food at minimum cost, no extra /hidden charges anywhere.
